Had a very nice experience. I wanted to get a customized bottle as a gift for an office colleague. I was late to order but the store still managed to meet my short deadline. The owner is polite and friendly. The customized result looks amazing, my colleague liked it! 5 stars!

To be honest a bit disappointing
To be honest a bit disappointing, as I purchased on the Tuesday so it would be delivered to a friends apartment on Saturday, paid 69 DKK, and then it turned up at a random pakkeshop on Monday.

Hi Jonathan, you wanted delivery on Saturday, so we waited until Friday to ship the order. It's a shame that there was no one at the address when it was delivered and GLS therefore delivered it to the nearest parcel shop...

I ordered the personalised Veuve Clicquot tin as a present for my daughter's graduation and I did not expect to receive it less than 24 hours after I ordered it! Absolutely amazing, fast service. Will definitely keep that in mind next time I need a special gift in a hurry.
