Very easy process in selling my car. I would recommend using this company and Abs again

Premium Car Buying Service was very good to deal with. Abs was our contact and he was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. It was a quick transaction and although we ended up getting less than previously offered after inspection, it was still worth the deal. Highly recommended using PCBS and Abs. We may also look to using these guys to find us another car too!

Contacted the company to sell a vehicle due to a family emergency, they made an offer, after submitting all the info, after trying to get more info and waiting, they turned around and said they will not be buying, based on their offer, i already made some commitments.

They turned up and proceeded to give the car what can only be described as a full forensic investigation. I was half expecting them to dust it for fingerprints and ask where I was on the night of the 12th! 😂

To be fair, they were just doing their job, and they were both friendly and professional throughout. They explained they were only the middlemen, so they could only offer what they were authorised to pay.

VW had already offered me £27,000. I asked for £29,000, and they came back with £28,500. At that point, I grabbed the money and ran! 💸

The whole process took a little longer than I’d hoped, but everything was straightforward, hassle-free, and exactly as promised.

Thanks again to Alan and Reuben great guys and a great company. I’d happily use them again.

We recently bought a car from PCBS and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jade and Finn were outstanding from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in helping us, rather than selling to us. There was absolutely no sales pressure, just honest conversations, clear information and plenty of time to look around and ask questions.

They took the time to explain everything about the car we were buying, talked us through the whole process in a way that was easy to understand, and made every stage of the transaction straightforward and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed, and we always felt informed and reassured.

What really stood out was their personalities. They were professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, engaging and great to chat to. There were plenty of smiles and laughs along the way, yet it was obvious they knew their subject inside out and gave us complete confidence in both the car and the buying process.

By the time we collected our car, it genuinely felt as though we were saying goodbye to old friends rather than leaving a dealership.

If this is the standard of customer service at PCBS, they should be incredibly proud. A huge thank you to Jade and Finn for making what can often be a stressful experience such an enjoyable one. SCAMMERS! They offer you a price based on no information other than reg and mileage. They call to confirm the price (after sending photos and answering their questions etc.) and arrange an appointment. Then they call the day before the appointment and reduce their offer - in my case by £1,000 because the market price had decreased by that amount in 48 hours!!! There is a lot of feedback that shows this is common tactic they use. You will see that they respond to negative reviews with a generic text to try and defend their scammer tactics. AVOID.

Wayne and Ian were proffessional and open as they undertook the appraisal of the car. Overall a good expericience.

I was met by Abs at in Tunbridge and he took a lot of time inspecting the vehicle and explained the process. I was impressed by his attitude and personable approach.

I got a good price. I got looked after well and they were honest about my car. I liked the idea that they care about what the sell on and look after their stock. They even gave me a lift home. Fantastic service and they paid me more than their competitors.
