Great Service - They Exist and Are Legit
Great service, responsive and easy to work with. Reached out to via Whatsapp and was helped immediately.
I was hesitant at first because of the look of the website, but they are legit and real, and they have provided the service and delivered within the selected times. Everything went smooth!
Only advice to them would be a newer, better, more modern and user friendly website!

I just wrote a negative review because my experience was a nightmare. It appears you only want positive reviews for premium florist. Therefore, honesty doesn’t count with you because you want me to not say anything negative, then it’s not a review & trust pilot is controlling the reviews. I followed all your rules of decency & corrected what you didn’t like. I had a terrible experience with premium florist and I expressed it directly. I will not sugar coat their terrible & cruel customer service from my experience. These are not guidelines. You are requesting censorship. They are clearly intended to be in biased in favor of the company. It doesn’t matter to you that roses ordered 2 weeks in advance of Valentine’s Day never arrived and they over charged purposefully, many things not worth writing to you for rejecting my honest review. Epic Drama fail
So imagine you want to make a surprise with the flowers to your girlfriend... you create order and just wait)) so 1st day they dont deliver... on 2nd day they say that delivery address is out of range and i need to pay extra 25$ for delivery....okey... 3d day - no delivery... why? because the flowers unavailable.... so i lost my surprise window, payed extra 25, changed flowers to another, that i don't like... spent 4 days with communication.... what's next?
day 5 - i hoped that this disaster is over.... but... again i've got the email of course at the end of the day - delivery address is out of range, flowers unavailabe.... woooww... after all these days, extra pay and changing flowers - again 2 same issues without any explanation....
thank you for your great effort and excellent service for my order, this will be unforgettable memories in my whole life. If i only knew your address - i will send christmas gifts to whole team, that was involved.. just to show how important it is to me
p.s. thank you at least for creating refund request, i hope i'll get my moneyback...

I have made a purchase on 21/3 to be delivered the same day, the delivery guy messaged the recipient that they called her but she didn’t answer while she didn’t even receive any calls and all of that happened after the time that was agreed on (2pm to 8pm), then I received a message from customer support that your company couldn’t make the delivery and you agreed again with the recipient to deliver it the next day (which is true that she agreed on that), but after 2 days have passed nothing so far not even a message or an apology from the company or the one who is going to deliver after failing to deliver it TWO TIMES.

Great flower delivery service
Great service, excellent communication. I've used them multiple times in the last few months and all the orders have been executed exactly as expected. The flowers are delivered on time and in great condition. Just once they added an unexpected extra shipping cost for delivery to a remote address, however it was promptly addressed and delivered as promised. Would highly recommend for flower deliveries.

my order didn't arrive. customer service is lying, when i wrote to them where the order was, after an hour they replied that it was on its way.
it didn't arrive. later they said they would check what happened but they couldn't even tell which florist was responsible for fulfilling the order. now they don't even answer. the brazilian contact number doesn't work. i didn't get my refund. this is a scam.
