They have extremely poor customer…

They have extremely poor customer service and communication. After the order, the only thing you receive is the robot order confirmation. Then it is radio silence for weeks. I finally asked them to cancel the order, but instead of doing that they hurried to get it out the door and ship it even though I told them not to several times. I told them that the shipment would be refused. They ignored that sent everything and when it was refused, they decided that they should charge me 35% "restocking fee" that was never disclosed previously. They are liars and thieves, so beware if you decide to do business with them. It's all very dishonest.

Premier home has the BEST customer…

Premier home has the BEST customer service! I had an issue with the delivery team, where they delivered a damaged part of my fridge. reached out to home source and their customer service team immediately responded and contacted the manufacturer to help replace the damaged part. They were so sweet and helpful through it all! It’s the kind of treatment you don’t find anywhere anymore. Thank you guys so much!

I recently bought a condo that required a kitchen renovation. After extensive research, I decided to replace all the appliances with ZLINE products. Premium Home Source offered the most competitive pricing, and their seamless ordering process and fast shipping made the experience even better.

After the renovation was complete, my general contractor conducted a walkthrough and discovered some scratches on the refrigerator door handles. Even though this was noticed several days after delivery, Premium Home Source promptly replaced them without any hassle. Their outstanding customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

I would definitely use Premium Home Source for any future appliance needs and highly recommend them to others!

A Seamless Experience

I had an absolutely seamless experience with PHS for my Forno appliance bundle I purchased. They are super responsive and communicate from start to finish. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was handled with the utmost professionalism. Super happy, will buy again!

Great customer service

Great customer service. Very competitive prices.

Ordered a MrCool 9K DIY mini-split. Realized a month after 'delivery' when we were preparing for install that a 2nd package was missing. Contacted PHS and they responded promptly and professionally. The company resolved the issue within a matter of days, and we received the missing package as quickly as could be expected. We received regular updates from the company as the matter was being handled.

I would highly recommend this online distributer and would definitely use them again when/if needed.

Excellent Service!!

my warranty was expired on a high end microwave(zline). The microwave was still replaced and no cost to me. It was only 2 yrs old. Excellent customer service. I would use Premium home source again!!

Easy to determine proper sized equipment

It was easy to set up my package . Salesperson was very knowledgeable.
I gave them the number of rooms , ceiling height and square footage of each room . Installing this package myself will save me $15,000 in labor cost compared to the HVAC mafia wants in the bids I received. 9K BTU more cooling power than what the contractor offered in his bid.

VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Over the past 5 years in purchasing my major appliances with Premium Home Source, I have done so with the highest levels of competence in knowing my order will be filled without error. Their knowledge base with all of their product lines are outstanding. They are proactive with their support to the customer. They are responsive to email communications and take care in covering the details of any type of order. There support to customer is at the highest level based on my experience with companies dealing in this type of industry. There customer sale staff is outstanding. They follow up on all my request. The customer services staff was no short of excellent as it related to my service needs and request. This is why I am a repeat customer and don't see changing anytime in the future. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Alex and team at Premium Home Source (PHS) was amazing to work with. Alex was knowledgeable about the products I had questions about, and he was so willing to help past the sale. In fact Alex and team are working with me on an extended delivery date. I highly recommend PHS to anybody looking for a great price and exceptional customer service.

BUYER BEWARE....We bought a Forno…

**update**
After some back and forth with FORNO, they are sending a new microwave to replace the broken one. Premium Home Source has assisted with getting this done and we appreciate the help. We really do love our appliances!!
BUYER BEWARE....We bought a Forno appliance package through Premium Home Source. The appliances themselves "look" great. Getting the microwave that NEVER worked to begin with is proving to be quite difficult. I sent an email with a video 2.5 weeks ago. The video was 20 seconds long, yet we received an email from Forno (not Premium Home Source) that they could not open it and we had to send a video through their portal, which I did.
We have reached out multiple times to Premium Home Source for help only for them to send an email to Forno. And again.. getting no response. Our requests just gets deflected to Forno and nothing happens. I still don't have a working microwave so my advice to anyone planning to buy from Premium Home Source to either know someone that can fix it or you can fix it yourself. Whether it's Forno or Premium Home Source, customer service is 1 star. It's very disappointing that we paid a lot of money for these appliances, and I can't even get help to get it fixed.
