Pretty Great Experience!

We purchased a MrCool 18k BTU unit and installing was pretty simple. What was great was the experience with Premium Home Source. The shipping was fast, the driver actually called us and met us somewhere to deliver as the huge semi would not have been able to get to our home in rural Arkansas. The driver for Premium went above and beyond to reach out and arrange delivery with us. Excellent experience.

Love our mini splits

We had never installed mini splits before, but found it easy to order everything that we needed. The shipment came quicker than I expected. The instructions were excellent and we took our time with each step. We were able to install the 2 head system flawlessly and has worked perfectly since the installation. This DIY project saved us a lot of money and we definitely would do it again.

Buisness Model is "Take the Money and Run"

They promise anything, including 30 day returns. Once the order is placed no change, help, whatever is possible "and have a nice day". My first order went fine because the Mr. Cool DIY almost installs itself. Smartphone link doesn't work, but Apple is likely the problem.

My second order (larger 2 zone) I ordered the wrong air handler. Even before it shipped I tried to change, so they expedited shipment and then said no change allowed. I had offered to pay a restocking fee and freight. 15% then 35% then it became pay the freight back, 35% on the entire order. Then the return policy added a clause not allowing return for "Buyer Remorse". While the shipment was still in transit they wanted pictures. If when it arrives I accept it and open any package it is no longer in original packaging, and ineligible for return. The real reason for no return, no exchange is they aren't a real company. It is just a Shopify website. Everything is drop shipped. They have no site to receive a return and likely have never seen what they are taking orders for. It is cheaper for me to return the air-handler to my nearest landfill and buy a replacement from a reputable dealer. One that has actually seen a Mini-Split.

Very happy!!!

After a significant search, Premium Home Source had the best overall price and delivery for the 8-piece mini-split system I wanted to purchase. Their website is super easy to use and they were going to deliver immediately. But I realized I would be away when it arrived so I requested a delayed shipment. It was simple and I received it exactly when requested!

I discovered that I underestimated the output on one of the wall units, so I contacted PHS requesting an exchange. They sent me a return email immediately and I purchased the new unit within a few minutes. Since I purchased a whole system from them, they waived the re-stocking fee associated with return. It was greatly appreciated. I’m in business!!!!

Service from Premium Home Source was excellent. The shipment arrived early. Their hospitality and responsiveness when I needed to return a part of my order was top notch. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to others.

We have been a fan of the Big Ass Fans…

We have been a fan of the Big Ass Fans for a long time now. Premium Home Source offers them at the lowest price point we have found anywhere. We intend to continue purchasing these fans from PHS!

Excellent Customer Service

The PHS customer service team, especially Beverly, was exceptional! One of the fridge doors was damaged, I contacted the customer services team on 27 Aug and on 1 Sept a replacement door was delivered! Beverly was communicative and let me know the status of my claim each step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend PHS for any appliance purchase.

Love our new AC

We love our new Mr Cool AC we bought from Premium home source. Also, I purchased some items that I didn’t end up needing after we installed the AC and they were nice enough to let me return them since they were unused.

Attentive & Responsive customer service

Customer service was attentive & responsive, felt like I was dealing with a company that actually cared...a rarity these days. The delivery was postponed due to an item being out of stock, but only by a week or so. For such an important purchase (a mini split, providing much needed cooling & the promise of heat in winter), a minor inconvenience. Now that it's installed & running, we are very happy with our choice.

I was able to customize my order to get exactly the Mr Cool mini split system I needed. The people at Premium Home Source were great. Even after I realized I ordered the wrong line set they helped me with the return and re order of what I needed. I highly recommend them.

Unresponsive customer service

Website said appliances were in stock, but it took 4+ weeks to get them. Once delivered, 2 of the 3 were damaged and I had to turn the shipment away. The one that wasn't damaged turned out to be defective so I asked to return. PHS passed me off to the manufacturer (Forno) who in turn, passed me back to the retailer (PHS). Neither company will reply to my inquiries. Now I'm out several thousand dollars and have a defective Forno range that doesn't work.

My experience with Premium Home Source…

My experience with Premium Home Source has been great. I wasn't familiar with them until I needed an AC unit and a friend recommended them. After some research I learned that they have great customer service and people seemed very happy with them overall. I ordered my AC Unit and things went smoothly. I also reached out to Customer Support with some questions and they answered quickly. Very pleased.
