I would refer anyone I know to Patti Robbins. She was the most knowledgeable, easygoing person I’ve ever worked with. Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. From my initial consultation with Darlene (who really knows her stuff when it comes to qualifying for and obtaining the best mortgage for her clients!) to every other person I dealt with throughout the mortgage process everything went smoothly and I was informed along every step of the way. I will definitely (and already have several times) recommend Premium Mortgage for anyone that needs a mortgage broker. It's so much easier than trying to navigate the banks on your own!

We had a great loan originator who kept in contact with us and explained what was going on but once we got passed where he could help us the amount of communication dropped to nothing and it was very hard and confusing information being given to us.
