Setting up the mortgage was flawless. Once it was handed off from the broker to the internal support there was some gaps in communication and delay. This greatly impacted our experience and caused our closing to be delayed.

A big thumbs up to Premium Mortgage! My first contact with Amy Bell was very professional, positive, and reassuring that I would be in good hands working with her and her team. My questions were always answered promptly and with clarity. Tina Burke is a great asset to the team. She was always available and very helpful to assist me when Amy was not. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to use Premium when pursuing buying a new house. :)

My initial experience with Jackie Ruotsi was less than stellar. Being a first time home buyer, I expected a little more personalized service. Email communication was scattered at best and I felt like I was more of a bother than a customer.

However, that all changed once my account was assigned to David Popham. He was excellent and very attentive to all of my, what must have been annoying, questions. He is an asset to your company and made the stress of purchasing a home bearable.

Working with Nancy Frate was a wonderful experience. She is consistent, reliable and on top of everything. I felt comfortable and safe working with Premium. I was very happy with my experience!

Broker was slow to answer questions. Premium Mortgage processors often asked for the same information with little instruction in the beginning. Had to address mistakes on closing disclosure documents. Home buying experience was exhausting.

Working with Premium was an organized, streamlined process from beginning to end. Steve D. and everyone else we worked with was pleasant and competent. The commitment letter included a list of requested documents and, once provided, there was no back-&-forth with continued requests, like friends have complained about with other mortgagors. We closed on our new purchase right on time. Most of all, I appreciate the flexibility that once our old house sells, we can pay down and reduce our mortgage to a minimal balance, without penalty. This was a great way to buy non-contingent without having to carry a full mortgage long-term. Highly recommended.

Although the staff were friendly, their communication was not very good. We would send numerous emails and call and leave messages, but would not hear back from them. At one point we even had to resort to calling the receptionist, asking if the rep was in the office and having her put us thru to him because it wasn't working to call his direct numbers. Due this lack of communication the mortgage process took far longer than it should have and we had to file for a contract extension with the realtor. We finally got our mortgage but will not recommend them to anyone we know and will find a different company if we ever need another mortgage.

Very happy w/help from everyone @ Premium Mortgage. My main advisor/helper Paul was superb and tenacious in his endeavor to help me. I would highly refer your company to others.

just as it says, average and acceptable, but not the experience we are used to getting in Virginia. We realize things are a little different here.

Extremely unprofessional. Lost some of my paperwork, kept telling me different things every other day. The underwriter I worked with was useless. If they needed something of mine from loan officer would ask me to call them and ask them instead of walking down hall to get it. Would never tell anyone to go here

I have used premium mortgage twice. Both instances were great. They were very clear about what they needed, they were very responsive and they really helped push to get everything set prior to my closing date. I worked with Jolene Flaherty and she was always available and very nice. She provided me with all the estimates we requested. Her estimations were also very accurate. I was not surprised by anything at closing. I would recommend anyone looking for a mortgage use premium. If I ever need to buy a home again, I will use premium.
