Is this review even going to be read? Anyway, I was repearedly assured that my house closing would be on the twenty second of September, which was a Friday. Friday...Saturday...Sunday...came and went. Not one word from a single person until late Monday morning. I took off from work to get everything moved in during this timeframe, instead I got to sit here on my hands. When I told the individual that I took off for the move, they said that I really shouldnt have done that. Are you serious? As if buying a house is something that someone does once a week. So I hope whoever was responsible for this nonsense had a terrific weekend because I will never recommend Premium Mortgage to anyone.

Karen H. and her team was fantastic throughout the entire process. I will absolutely engage Karen again in the future, and would recommend Premium to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I had the pleasure of working with Gage Bush as my mortgage broker. He was there for me threw the whole process to answer any questions I had. I feel like he grew accustomed to my text every morning at 9 am asking if there was any updates. With Gage not one email or text wasn't returned asap and he made me feel like I was his top priority! Hopefully I never have to buy a house again but if I do I know who I am going to be going threw!

Michelle Corbani, my agent, walked me through every step of the home financing process. While I hit quite a few snags on the way to ending up in my home, Ms. Corbani was never thrown. When I had concerns or questions, she was available to answer. If I called and left a voice mail or emailed, I always received a prompt response. I am very satisfied with Ms. Carbani and Premium Mortgage.

Julie Symes was absolutely wonderful. She handled my case in a kind and very professional manner. She was always there to answer my questions and to assure me that she was working on my behalf. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated all her effort and time.
