SCAM...bank declined the initial charge. They then tried to charge several smaller charges on my CC. Chinese hackers/scammers.
Not legit company. SCAM. Sent three e-mail to the 'support' contact for them and my e-mail bounced back three times. Unauthorized charge on PayPal surfaced. I closed my debit card in precaution to abuse.
They scammed me. Never shipped, said they gave my money back but didn’t and an hour after shopping had my credit card scammed. Had to cancel my card and use my bank to get my money back on the order. They are NOT legit
I ordered an item from this website. I have never heard or received the item I purchased. They took my money and failed to deliver the item.
Actually no stars!!! Terrible company, fraudulent! don’t even think you’ll get what you paid for. After running your credit card for parts you will get a notice from “Ibrihem Deal” they took your credit card number and there is no real customer service to fallow up to.
PremiumRVparts some how becomes Ibrehim Deal both entities have customer service call numbers and reference websites that are fake.
I would give them a minus number if I could. I fell into this like the others here. No tracking number was ever sent and of course the support email address was no good. Anyone know how to shut this website down?
This is a completely fraudulent outfit. Should of known. No payment confirmation. Emails to support come back. Run run run…
This is a fraudulent site!! Once a credit card number is entered on the payment screen, it is compromised!!! Both cards we tried to use were immediately hacked and we received FRAUD ALERTS from the credit card companies! BEWARE!!
This is a completely fraudulent outfit. Shoulda known. No payment confirmation. Emails to support bounced back. Follow up requests for additional payments from a completely different website followed up by requests for payment on things I didn’t buy. BTW the way the Trustpilot ratings work is crazy. Should be one star all the way.
As others have mentioned, this is a scam site.
My first hint should have been the prices that were "too good to be true". I made an order of about $30 and like others, paid via PayPal and received no confirmation, order number, tracking number, etc. The next day I get a notice that the changed the amount and PayPal gave them more money. (Seems strange that PayPal would ok this without consent from the buyer).
I got suspicious as soon as I didn't't get a confirmation and found these bad reports of fraud. I tried to cancel the payment right away with PayPal but they wouldn't let me. Fortunately, as soon as the "seller" changed the price, I was able to cancel it on PayPal stating I never received the item.
Do not purchase anything from this "website". Total scam. Thankfully I got suspicious early on when I did not receive a confirmation email I disputed the charge with PayPal and received a refund. Buyer beware!!
SCAM. Pretty ridiculous that this is the only place you can report a completely fraudulent website that is scamming people from overseas. You place our order and paypal will show immediately that you paid someone foreign that is not associated with any company; they promptly send you a tracking number for a package that was delivered to a random address months prior. Thought the FTC had a better handle on bullshit like this but apparently not.
I ordered some parts and never received a confirmation. I tried the customer service email, and it bounced back. This site appears to be a scam. Now I'm fighting to get my money back since payment went to a person's PayPal account. I wish I would've known that payment wasn't going to the actual company I ordered from at time of payment.
scam site, they don't send confirmation email after order or return to website
After paying through PayPal portal I was not directed back to sellers wabsite and got no confirmation Email about purchase.
Ordered some parts for my RV. They directed me to Paypal to complete the transaction. No confirmation email from the seller. The next morning, Paypal notified me that they changed the total. Tried to contact them through Paypal and their websites support address, and both email addresses are invalid. Thankfully, I'm only out $30, but lesson learned. Will now research a company before I place an order.
Fake site! Fraudulent! Ordered yet no confirmation email nor shipping information. Weeks later no product either! Scam artists! Refuse to respond to emails too! No Customer Service! Avoid!
