Unprofessional

Terrible customer service.

All emails ignored and this is dating back now to the end of december. I wanted to cancel my order, but that was not answered. Then when returning the item they've changed the office address to a completey different area, whilst my return was on the way to them.

Still need clarification on the what is happening with my return.

Green slippers

Ordered a pair of the 95s resembling slippers with the green details for my boyfriend for Xmas as a little stocking filler, they look mint a you can’t fault them for the price. Delivery was spot on and even when I needed to reschedule it didn’t seem to be an issue at all. Topper service will definitely order from here again. 👍👍

Ordered some shoes and was told the delivery will be DPD 1-3 days I’ve been waiting a lot longer than that, no communication with the company I’ve tried emailing, live chat, ringing, instagram and nothing!

Keep away.... time waisters

Ordered the trainers and no communication for 2 weeks. Then got an email from DHL showing pickup ordered. Nothing happened for days. Then tried contacting premium sportswear but never answered the mobile number and no response to emails. Then finally, an email to say we had a refund. Whole experience was painful!

I ordered a pair of Nike P6000 trainers and was really impressed with the excellent next-day delivery. Due to personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to return them within the usual time period, but when I contacted customer service, they were amazing. The team was so understanding and supportive, and they went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service all around — highly recommend!

Got a pair of P-6000 for my birthday…

Got a pair of P-6000 for my birthday from my girlfriend, was told that during the initial delivery process DPD lost the shoes in transit. My girlfriend got in touch with the staff at Premium Sportswear and they were kind enough to send another pair of the shoes at no extra charge, apparently communication & customer service from these guys were incredible! Appreciate it!

Scammers

Scammers , never sending clothes after saying they would multiple times, emailed my mate to take down a bad review after never receiving his clothes promising a free t shirt for the review to be taken down, save your money and don’t order from here. Scam

Worst company I’ve ever bought clothes off stay clear 2 months and no sign of order, didn’t get full refund, was offered a free t shirt to take down bad review a month ago and so sign of that either … unprofessional time wasting scammers lads stay well clear

Zero customer service from this company…

Zero customer service from this company .. no number to call and don’t reply to emails the chat service is none existent also! Ordered trainers for my son’s birthday 2 weeks ago, no tracking number during that time so can only presume they’ve not even been sent yet! I’ve had to go out and order another pair as a single parent I’ve had to borrow the money to do so, as to not let him down . You should be ashamed of yourselves
