Ordered some sample tile trims yesterday. Arrived today. Can't fault the service.

Realised I needed an 8mm white pvc corner tile trim at 7:30 pm (amateur tiler don't judge!) for a wall I was tiling in the morning. Ordered one from Premium Tile Trim and paid the extra money for next day delivery and it arrived just before I needed it. The wall looks great and daughter is happy!

DO NOT ORDER from this place I ordered a tile trim and as soon as I confirmed payment some random company (rhcfordward) took 141 pound twice from my account. I highly doubt it was a coincidence luckily it was on my credit card so the bank put a stop to it … I highly doubt the item I ordered will even turn up but we will see

Ordered a single length of brass tile trim. I had been concerned about it getting bent during transit which would not have been good. It was packaged brilliantly inside a thick cardboard tube. The tube had been slightly bent but but when I opened it I found the tube contained a second thick cardboard tube and to my relief this had kept the trim in perfect condition. Fantastic and would definitely use again.

Paid for express next day delivery at £14.00,NO SHOW! Promised a callback, NO CALL! I was informed by Premier tile trim, that the Delivery driver was given the wrong postcode! I lose a days trading thanks to this `Company` and the telephone manner of a couple of the staff was like moody and sullen teenagers. AVOID!!

I didnt buy anything yet from this company, but online customer service was funtastic, very helpful and knowlegeable. Thank you Lloyd)

Save yourself a fortune and buy your tile trims from these guys. They had exactly what I was after and the online ordering and processing was painless.

Delivery needed to be quick for a job I was doing and it arrived when I needed it using express delivery. I was worried about the 3m trims getting bent or damaged in transit but everything was fine, the trims arrived with a protective film on each trim (I bought 5), they were packed into a well secured cardboard tube which was reinforced with a timber batten to prevent it from being bent.

For the same product at the usual major DIY retailers was silly prices, can’t understand how they can justify the mark-up. I’ll be a returning customer to theses guys.

Impressive rapid delivery of otherwise tricky to source chromed brass tile trim. Ordered mid afternoon and arrived at lunchtime the next day. Helpful comms by Scott when looking for reassurance on delivery

I ordered a Genesis polished brass tile trim and noticed that in the pack there were two completely different shades (one was very dark brass, the other almost silver).

I contacted customer service who promptly sent out a replacement, only to find the replacement was a different shade again to the first two!!

So that's one product from the same brand, same product number etc.. three completely different shades. There seems to be a lack of quality control at Premium Tile Trim..

I contacted customer service again who said they were 'investigating' it.

In the meantime, my plumber is desperate to get on with the work so I had to end up using the trim I had which has effectively ruined my bathroom because it is all over the place now with three different trim colours.

After almost a month of no reply from the Premium Tile Trim customer service team I decided to chase them up only to be met with 'there's nothing we can do' and to try a different product..

2 stars for sending out a replacement but the rest of the service was pitiful and I am really upset with how things turned out.

Requested and paid for next-day delivery. So it should have arrived on the Wednesday. We did not receive the item. The tracking now says that the item was delivered on Thursday. It was not delivered on Thursday, so this is plainly untrue. It is now Friday and we still don't have it. The fitter is to come on Monday because we didn't make the first deadline, so I have sent an email requesting the item to be correctly delivered and the delivery refunded, which is the minimum I would expect under the circumstances. I will update this review accordingly.

Following the below, I can confirm that the delivery has still not been received, there has been no update from Ryan as to when it will be received and I have had to cancel the fitting today at my own expense.

Really poor customer service.
I only ordered 3 x different trim samples so we could choose the best for our en suite which was due to be fitted out in a couple of weeks time. Website claims trims sent out same day.
First had a text to say one of the trims was coming from a separate supplier and would be delayed - but would be sent separately so as not to delay the other two. Not a problem - good to know.
The 'delayed' trim then turned up a couple of days later. The other two have not been delivered at all. My wife has chased up 'Premium Tile Trim' on at least two occasions but to no avail. Today they said the trims must have got lost in the post so they could send out some more. My wife asked what delivery service was used..'Royal Mail....probably second class' was the response (you don't even know how the samples are sent - really?!), then she asked if we could have some kind of expedited delivery. 'No' was the response. Cancelled the order and won't be buying from them. Originally had plenty of time to get trims, choose one and then order, now having to rush around.Very poor and I suspect the trims were never even sent out to start with.

Way too slow, not worth the time or hassle

I ordered 4 lengths of trim online on Wednesday at 08.00 and they have arrived today, Thursday at 09.45 and they were very well packaged. I did have to call them as I had stupidly forgotten to order some corner pieces and I found them very polite and helpful. From my own experience I honestly couldn't have asked for any more.

As pervious reviews - I placed an online order by 2:30pm and paid for next day delivery. later that evening I had a text saying it was out of stock. not very helpful now i had no chance of getting anything else for the following day from another company! I delayed my tiler 2 days, called the company to check their stock level on a different brand of trim ( same colour) the person i spoke with said they had 7 lengths which was perfect. I ordered it, on next day delivery. Heard nothing so waited all day but no delivery by 4pm, called the company so discover this item is out of stock too! not sure how when i physically called to check! appalling customer service to say it was in stock and send an email saying my product was packed and shipped! then to not deliver! avoid at all costs! ....also worth noting when i called and found my product wasn't coming I asked what brands they did have in stock and it turns out they have nothing! so the website is never kept upto date and i would have been in the same boat if I reordered.... note to your reply - the clock on your website said I ordered in time and you sent a confirmation email both times telling me my order was on its way! Maybe don’t send these until the item is actually on it’s way!? Also I phoned and checked the product code with the second order and was told there was some so again, don’t confirm availability when there isn’t any. Also you had NO! Black trim available when I asked just anthracite which isn’t black. So your website needs updating.

Sadly this was a complete fail on their part. Ordered trim Thursday for next day delivery. 6pm Friday no delivery, rang delivery depot 'oh it can't come out today'. Promised saturday delivery. Saturday morning depot call - there's nothing in the tube, what am I expecting. Oh they've found some trim so it must be that.
3m saturday - trim arrives, not what I ordered. Called Premium Tile Trim, office is closed.
Wait till monday morning - apology but all they can do is get re-sent out today for delivery Tuesday. Can't even get me pre 9am delivery (couriers aren't doing it because of covid, apparently).
If they really wanted to, between Premium Tile Trim, the manufacturer, and the delivery company, someone could have taken responsibility and made sure I get my product same day or next morning. But no.
So I waited 4 days for nothing.
I could have ordered from somewhere else if I'd known this would happen. Instead I've had to drive round to find what I need, because my tiler is waiting.
They will say they apologised and offered what they could, but it's not good enough. I've waited in for 2 days for deliveries, and wasted 4 days on this. They could have done more to rectify it, but chose not to.

Brilliant company! Ordered trim on 25th received it on 26th! Had already ordered and received a sample which meant I could order correct size and colour. Trim is a beautiful colour. Thank you for probably best online buying experience.
