Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.

We reached out because we were actively looking for a long-term supplier for our brand. We explained that we were already moving thousands of units monthly and preparing for major retail expansion, which would have meant substantial recurring business and long-term revenue for them.

We inquired about cost, fully understanding if pricing flexibility wasn’t possible. That wasn't an issue. The issue was the complete lack of professionalism, relationship-building, or even basic interest in earning our business. The responses felt cold and dismissive from start to finish.

Ironically, we likely would have still moved forward with them despite the pricing if the communication had reflected any level of partnership mentality or customer care. Instead, the interaction alone made the decision easy for us to take our business elsewhere.

Companies don’t lose large accounts only because of pricing. They lose them because of how they make potential partners feel during the process. Major improvement needed in customer relations and communication.

They sent me a different jar that was…

They sent me a different jar that was taller and with a completely different stopper than what is pictured in the stock photo. The person I spoke to admitted that she has never seen the product in person and they literally shipped me a product from Amazon. They charged me $80 for overnight shipping and I received it from Amazon which means they are literally middleman shipping stuff from the Amazon warehouse. I will admit the customer service was excellent until I asked for a refund.

Critical Safety Defect and Apathy

I ordered 288 50mg matte black glass cream jars from “Premium” Vials a few months ago. Every single jar’s paint was defective, bleeding onto my countertops, testing surfaces, and into my product. The paint comes off with water alone, hand soap, mild surfactants, moisturizer cream, so they’re not usable for anything.

I asked for a refund and offered to return the unfilled jars, and when they got back to me a month later they said it was MY FAULT for not testing them better and that it was MY PRODUCT causing the paint issues, completely ignoring the fact that water alone causes them to bleed. Obviously they refused to process any refund.

The broader implication is they are completely fine selling products that could harm people and get your business sued into oblivion.

Take your business elsewhere.
