Sending me an evaluation e-mail without any context is annoying. Do I know premiumxl? Perhaps yes perhaps no, i order a lot of things online, this mail is pointless and is not helping me.

Quality ceiling rack
the ceiling rack we ordered arrived nice on time and it looks exactly as in the picture. The quality seems quite good. The wood feels heavy and the metal is also solid. It's nice that they provide two types of plugs but I had to use different ones so be able to hang it from my fake ceiling made from plaster board (gyproc). The only real gripe I have with the rack is that the hooks are straight and aren't angled like it seems to be in the picture. As a result, cups with a handle don't hang at an angle like you see in the picture.

at premiumxl be: en-casa-kinderbed-sisimiut-met-uitvalbeveiliging-140x200-cm-wit , a childbed ordered and payed on the 17th for delivery between 3 to 5 business days. Really need this. Order is 'in wait' without further explanation. No response on the Dutch phone number, goes to voicemail after trying 3 times. On the German contact phone number waiting for half an hour and counting. No info on delivery. No answer on the contact e-mail. Edit: The guy on the German hotline answered after 40 minutes telling he did not understand anything but German and refused to help. Explained him the e-mail asking for more info was already sent but refused to understand anything.
Added after delivery: After contact with the Dutch support line everything was solved by the friendly guy on the phone. The bed was delivered in 2 parts, one day before and one day after Christmas. Nice and quick during the holiday season. The bed itself is strong and of good quality.
