John is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. John provides a service that you know you can rely on and really listens to your needs when choosing your new vehicle. He does his best to find a great price for you and keeps you updated every step of the way. I had to find a new car in a short space of time and this was no trouble at all! A new car delivered to my door with bottle of fizz to celebrate (it's all the little details that go the extra mile). This is my second vehicle purchased from John and I would like to say thank you for a really great, reliable service.

I dealt with Jon directly who delivered the car to my house personally and was able to test drive to have all the features explained. Jon has been in touch following the sale to check I am happy and has been extremely helpful with any questions that I have had. This is my first time owning a Mercedes so I’m still getting used to it but Jon has been available to answer my questions any time of the day.
I also received a bottle of Prosecco with my new car which was a nice little add on. I would 100% recommend Premluxe Motors to anyone.

Unreal service

The service provided start to finish was faultless. Communication excellent, I was kept updated daily on the progress of tying up all the paperwork etc. Everything was dealt with by Jon and Josh. My current finance had to be paid off and this was done promptly. My new log book came through within days. The car was delivered to my house personally and all the features explained to me. All I had to do was tax and insure the car. Both Jon and Josh have contacted me following the sale to check I am happy with my purchase and if I have any problems to let them know. Lovely little personal touch of a bottle of wine was received on delivery of my car! I would recommend Premluxe Motors 100%.
