premoflix.com been down for months and their telegram account is hacked, paid yearly amazon prime and its not working anymore, just a Indian student creating trial student prime account every 3 months using different credentials. 39.99 wasted and Total Scam.

I have used this company for the second time. Everything was ok the first time. Unfortunately not the second time. The ten dollars ended up in the trash. I was not delivered a 100% working service.
reaction to premoflix's statement: yes, I got 2 access to hbo, but these accounts could not be switched to Czech. my phone is perfectly fine. of course i tried both laptop and desktop pc, it didn't work on either. I'm tired and worn out, and I'm not completely stupid. I also asked for a refund, which was not responded to. I will not waste any more time communicating with this company. enjoy my $10, life goes on.

Hi there i hope you doing well, first i'll take the action and explain what is the real situation: we gave you the HBO Max account and it's Work Perfectly 100% you have an issue on your phone with language you can't swtich the account subtitle language so we can't do anything because it's your phone problem there is no way to be the account problem you know that we gave you 2 accounts and still the same problem and we show you that it's your phone problem and you even didn't try on other devices. everything is clear, it's better to contact HBO Support or just you can swtich to another device and we're sorry for this issue we hope the problem solved as soon as possible

The service is terrible, accounts are always failing and the solution is to send new logins that work for 2 or 3 days and then fail again. After 6 weeks of complaining, they don't even want to refund the amount paid.
