Fantastic company

The support from Preno has been first rate. Keegan has been a such an asset as we've set up the app, always responsive, full of useful knowledge, and happy to answer every question I've thrown at him. It's been such a relief knowing there's someone there who actually knows their stuff! It's made the whole experience feel easy rather than overwhelming.

I love Preno!

The sales call was good; thanks, Tomas. The onboarding and support were great; thanks, Jessica.

I moved from Little Hotelier, and Preno is better in many ways. It is more responsive and intuitive, with screens that display more information, reducing the need to switch between different views. The Xero integration is seamless and works more effectively.

Email templates are easy to create, customise, and modify. You can send booking details to guests or agents, schedule emails before or after arrival, and access an email history showing all messages sent via the Preno interface.

Rates are easy to update, and the dynamic pricing rules allow for automatic rate adjustments based on occupancy and the rules you set, making revenue management effortless.

The only thing lacking is a phone app. I particularly liked how my old system would send notifications for key events like check-ins, which was a useful feature for staying on top of motel operations.

Overall, Preno has made managing reservations simpler and more efficient. Highly recommended for small accommodation providers looking for a well-designed, reliable system with great support.

Life is simple now

Having just changed from having two companies look after us to having just one being Preno has made life a little cruisier which is what we all want.
Marie was our go to lady in regards to setting up our site and helping us from then on, she has been so good to deal with and nothing was a problem, even though I was on the phone or email to her constantly.
We look forward to smooth sailing from here on in, thank you Marie for all your wonderful help and advise.

A great smaller scale PMS provider and channel manager for smaller properties. Staff is helpful and responsive. It's got a simple and easy to learn user interface, but the simplicity leads to a few limitations - thankfully not ones that are very glaring for the smaller properties.

Looking Good.

Well anything new is a bit stressful.
Still learning the system but its looking good and have had great help and support from Jessica.
Its also easy to deal with people based in New Zealand
I'm pleased that we moved from our last provider.

Easy to use and good value for money

Some limitation with the software being able to make edits on the booking page, otherwise fine. It would be great to be able to preview the booking page in real time, before it goes live.

Super user friendly

The account set up and management itself is very simple and there are always friendly and super helpful staff available on the live chat if you do need a hand with anything. They're pretty quick to respond and always have an answer for you

We decided to switch to a channel…

We decided to switch to a channel manager after a few years of just using one platform and not getting enough bookings that way. I liked Preno because there was no hard sales pitch at the beginning only straight forward steps on how we’d go through the process.

Once we’d signed up there were there (and still are) there every step of the way! I wish we’d done it a few years ago! Would highly recommend as they are very friendly and easy to work with! Thanks Laura
