They have had issues with there paying portal. But the problem is now resolved. When you are able to place an order they always very efficient with sending the shipment.

Trouble paying

As per your email on the 18th “ My order came to my house and they found no one. I urgently need my order tomorrow.” - we are not Royal Mail but they have clearly redelivered very quickly. We hope you understand we are trying to provide a valuable service to at-risk communities and that negative reviews massively impact the hard work we are striving to do.

Did not deliver what I ordered

I ordered 6 months of tablets and received only 3 months. Have emailed to try and receive the money back that I should be refunded and no one has replied.
