Prepfort decided to increase their rates with 7 days notice and then they went dark for 7 days and have not responded to new requests and are holding inventory without any reason. I am no longer able to trust the company or their rep, Suf.

Hi Russ, while we notified you (or any other of our clients) about an increase of our rates we did not charge the increased rates, storage fees, shipping fees, or any actual processing fees until we received confirmation. We shipped your inventory to an Amazon FC for free as a courtesy since you wanted to close your account.
When Amazon returned you do not have available space for all of your inventory we informed you of this with no response from you. Like I have offered previously, if you would like these sent to an alternative location please let us know and we would be happy to ship your inventory.
