Good communication between the candidate, interviewer, and Prepfully staff. Clear setting of expectations for everyone.

I'm writing this review because of the great experience i've had with Prepfully. They were the only place online I was able to find interviewers for Data Engineering mocks specifically for Facebook. All of the interviewers I mocked with were either current or former employees at FB which gave me as close to a real interview experience as possible. The interviewers were all highly competent, and gave me great feedback during and after the interview mocks. They were also flexible in regards to what areas I wanted to focus on. Prepfully was also able to set me up with a behavioral mock with a PM from FB as well as a partnerships/xfn mock interview with a TPM from FB. I was not able to find these type of mocks (DE, behavioral, xfn) anywhere else. I took advantage of these mock interviews as much as possible, probably did like 6 or 7 mocks with them, which ultimately led me to receiving an offer from FB. I can't thank Prepfully enough! Anju was super responsive and communicative, and was able to set me up with mocks on very short notice. The mocks were reasonably priced, and the interviewers were super helpful.

Room for improvement:
All communication/coordination was done via email. The mocks were done using google meet, reviews are done using google sheets and pdfs, and payments are done using paypal. It is my understanding that they are working on a platform which will streamline all of these processes.

In conclusion, i'm so glad I found these guys and I wish them a lot of luck in building out their platform, and offering a great product! In the meantime though, I still highly recommend them for connecting you with great interviewers at very competitive pricing.

The person who interviewed me knows their stuff. The mock interview was systematic and through. And the feedback was top notch.

I have used Perpfully two times and the interviews have both provided interesting insights and perspectives. The service is valuable and a quick way to refresh interview skills and understand potentially new formats.
The area that could be improved is more on the logistics and scheduling as well as setting the expectation between the 'candidate' and the interviewer.
I understand the make an effort to make everything happen a quickly as possible and that may be the focus for some but for others getting is 'right' is more important. The distinction here on a product/service level would help the experience immensly.

I paid for a mock-up interview for the role of a product designer at Spotify, the interviewer insisted that the interview will not be a portfolio review and it will be a discussion about how I think
I trusted the feedback and entered the interview expecting thing and it turned to be a portfolio review as I was expecting before and had nothing to do with what went in the mock up interview so I paid 100 dollars for nothing actually
I contacted prepfully for another paid interview asking for another designer and at the end, they didn't respond

It was great to help great professionals to get prepared for interviewing with some of the best worldwide organizations.

It was an easy and smooth experience. The communication was prompt and detailed. They provided both way feedback. The payment was very quick. The FAQ on their website very useful and give all required details. Thank you for the positive feedback

From what I’ve experienced Prepfully is a valuable service that connects people so they can have the best chances for interview prep, especially during this time where jobs are more difficult to come by, Prepfully seems to be filling a gap.

Although all my experiences have been positive, the Prepfully team could go further by setting some expectations for both parties. There could be a little extra organization and stage setting done on the backend of things.
Will continue to support them tho, so far I’ve loved working alongside them.

I conducted one mock interview so far via prepfully. Everything was smooth, I got paid promptly over paypal, no problems. There was a bit of a snag with scheduling, but were able to resolve it.

I'm a coach for Prepfully so reviewing from that perspective. I've had a great experience working with the company. They're professional, communicative, and responsive, which I appreciate. The process is simple and easy to navigate as well. Overall I highly recommend it. I've worked with some other professional coaching and mentoring platforms and by comparison Prepfully is a lot more user-friendly from my perspective and seems to attract engaged clients.

2 days before my Google TPM 1st stage phone interview, I had a Mock interview session, arranged by Prepfully, with an expert who is currently a TPM at Google. The expert was very nice and helpful. The session went like real interview compared to the real interview I had later. Additionally after I answered each question, the expert told me how he would answer the question and give me advice on how I can improve. At end of the session he summarized up everything, gave me the feedback and advice, as well as recommended me the book "Cracking the PM Interview". The book was very helpful even though I got it one day before my real interview. On the following day I got the written feedback from the expert. I really recommend anyone who will have interview with big Tech companies such as Google, book some sessions with Prepfully and better book way in advance of your real interview. I booked it a bit too late. However, it was already very helpful. The staff who arranged the session was also very friendly, easy to communicate and supportive. Thank you, Mayank! If my interview went through, I will definitely come back to Prepfully for more sessions to prepare for further interviews.

My mock interviewer was absolutely fabulous! Totally helped me prep for my interview. If I had to do it over again I would have booked 2 sessions
