Delivery was great and really well packaged, i'm only a day into the meals but so far they are good, surprisingly there is actually flavour to them, which you can't say about most prep food companies in the UK. Great work guys!

The food is amazing
The food is amazing. I am a pescatarian and have tried Keto before. However I got real bored real fast. I would highly recommend that anyone even interested in Keto should try. Super tasty meals :-)

Service is pretty good and very convenient. I had the 28 day weight loss plan. I did lose weight, but you need the palate of a rottweiler to choke some of the dishes down. They can pretty bland and the Chinese flavour tastes like your dinner is covered cough mixture, I could barely eat it. It did the job though. Nandos piri piri sauce, is your friend for some of the dishes. Would I use the service again? Yes.
