Left it too late.
Preppers has been a useful source from which to obtain supplies and equipment for my lifestyle. The pieces purchased have been good quality and have served me well in my endevers. My only regret is
i look at what is on offer long after others have emptied the store. Hence the title.

It is a shame that Trust Pilot is so quick to ask for reviews. This seems to be the last reminder for me to rate Preppers Paradise, but as the product delivery takes longer than many others (--we have now been conditioned for almost instant deliveries!--) due to various circumstances, I will not be receiving it for a few more days to come, so I cannot possibly review the product yet. I will say that the customer services at Preppers Paradise have been excellent, polite and very contactable. Maybe Trust Pilot will give me another chance to "rate my experience" after I actually get the product.

10 days ago you ordered a bulk package which takes ordinarily up to 3 weeks to be delivered, which is stated during purchasing. Although we are still within this deadline, due to several factors out with our control, we unfortunately anticipate this to be extended - this is also mentioned on our website.
All delivery estimates were accepted at the time of purchase therefor, we are disappointed that you have left such a low review.
We will however take your experience onboard and work to ensure customers cannot progress without reading the delivery schedule to avoid disappointment in the future, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Most of our items are dispatched within 24 working hours with 1-5 working days delivery depending on the service you choose however, you have purchased a bulk buy item which takes 1-3 weeks to be delivered. This is explained to you at check out and you accepted these terms.
