The merchandise was awful quality and we were told in order for a refund we must send and pay to return to China (!) We did. NO REFUND. Terrible firm mostly scamming it seems and should be SHUT DOWN.

This is an awful firm that has cheated us and I read about many others having similar complaints. After coercing us to ship returned garment to China, at our expense, and promising a full refund, they stiffed us. We are now exploring legal action to force this firm to stop such terrible practices. Shop elsewhere!

FALSE ADVERTISING + horrible quality, plus - my shirts were supposed to be 100% cotton, but instead they arrived and they were 100% polyester! Shipped from China not from NYC or Toronto so the cost to return is not worth the cost! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There sizing is way too small and they do not respond to text or email requests. Bad company to buy from.

Sizing was way off and they did not offer a solution that wouldn’t have cost me more money….

Terrible customer service.

We ordered linen shirts, and they sent us 95% polyester. Offering 25%-40% off. Don't want these. Sarah says they are from Asia and I have to ship back, but still won't give an address. Starting a credit card chargeback today. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

My experience was same as others. Website shows they are in New York with this old school storefront. Turns out goods take forever from over seas. Shirt was nothing like pictured, size was off, button holes and collar were fraying. Nothing but excuses from emails, say it costs 30-40 dollars to return items, finally want to give you 25% refund. Disputing them with credit card. Avoid. All this and invoice says 30 day money back guarantee!

Prescott and Ledger is a complete scam. The products are not what they advertise. They are cheap, low quality knockoffs that ship from China even though the site claims otherwise. I ordered based on their polished website and what looked like real customer photos, but what I received was nothing like the pictures.

Customer service does not respond. No refunds. No exchanges. No help at all.

This company is deceptive and takes advantage of people looking for a good deal. Do not fall for it. Report them and warn others.

This is a scam.
They display nice merchandise on the website, but send you an incorrect item of the poor quality. There is only email and no phone number to contact customer service. They almost immediately offer you 25% refund “to avoid return shipping cost” thus pocketing the rest

Basically this is crap merchandise pretending to be something else. They use visuals suggesting stores in NY and Toronto but they don’t. It’s a fancy website selling garbage made in Asia

Scam company. Sometimes they say they're from New York, other times, Toronto. This is a Chinese company with many names and websites, all saying they're having a big sale, are going out of business, etc. Your cheap crap that looks nothing like the photo will be shipped from China and if you need an exchange, they'll try charging you $30. The only way to get a refund is to dispute the charge on your credit card. Stay clear.

Still trying to get my refund from these scam artists. Now they want pictures showing that they sent a smaller size. Ripoff company. Do not buy from them.
