Do not trust this site. The product I ordered was never delivered. When I inquired about it they claimed it was delivered and it was upon me to check with my local post office which I did. It turned out that the track number didn't exist in their records.

This company is highly suspicious. I ordered from them 7 weeks ago. I have alerted them every week that my item hasn’t arrived. They tell me to be patient. I eventually asked for a refund and they said no. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They scammed me. The advent calendar I bought was big in the video. Even when checking out it says same as in video. I purchased it for my daughter for Christmas. When I got it it was alot smaller and cheaper then what was thought. The Charges to my account were $20 higher then what I thought I was purchasing it at. I have asked them for a refund and they won't help only 11$ which is covered by the $20 mores the took out of my account. I ask for a return address for a full refund and they said it would be too expensive for me. I have tried for month with my luck and now I am looking for help.

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS!!!! IF I COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD. THEY REFUSE TO STAND BY THEIR REFUND POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Do not buy from this company. They are not clear that their products are sent from China. If you want to return it, it is too expensive to return and you’ll be out your money.

I want a refund or the actual product. My product came in with two sticky adhesive that are bolted to the plastic. The adhesive to the shower wall there’s no suction cups.. as far as I’m concerned, not a good purchase it’s gonna be like that false advertisement

I order my fiancé something for Christmas over a month ago.
I still haven't received my package.

I ordered the finger scrolling device for my phone as it stated it is compatible for all devices, WRONG. When I received it I was then advised exactly what kind of devices it ONLY was compatible with. FALSE ADVERTISING AT IT'S BEST. I preceded to contact them to return it and they advised if I kept it they would refund me $2.00 on my $38.00 order. Finally they crept up to $6.00 (the most they could offer) advising me that the cost I would have to endure to ship them back to China would be expensive. This company is a complete SCAM.

Well, I ordered a snow shield from these people and it’s been over a month and I haven’t received it. Original shipment said it was coming from Berlin. A month and a half later they said they’re sending something from China. Only the dates don’t match up. I just sent the request and they sent me tracking from December 22 and this is 30 December. Yeah I think it’s a scam. Very frustrating. I wish Facebook would do better to protect people from this trash.
However, I’m gonna continue to harass them until I get my money back.

I purchased 2 items fir 6.95 was charged 36.00 i contacted the company imediatly after purchase they did not respond till after they shipped it 5 days later a refuse my refund or cancelation they did that so they dont have to refund well suprise im filing a fraud lawsuit against tne company anyone else who has got ripped off by this company please leave a review here it will be presented in court

Clicked on ad from Instagram for advent calendars and never received them. Got 2 conflicting tracking updates - one coming from Ireland and one from China. Support refuses to investigate and insists that I received them. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I will report them to Instagram as well.

This company is a scam and thieves. I fell for the plane advent calendar. It was advertised as $33.99USD it cost me $100AUD in the end. What i thought i was paying at checkout isnt what i was charged through paypal. Dont even get me started about what eventually came after 5 weeks. I wish I had of looked this company up prior to ordering. the reviews say it all

Ordered the 2025 advent calendar with the world war 2 planes. Nothing at all like ordered, instead of mini replica of planes, rubbery one piece blue color plane. It’s a big scam!!!!

The product advertised was nothing like what arrived in the mail. Contacted them and they refused to refund me even though they say 100% refund if unhappy well that's another lie. The product that arrived was more like a $2 product.

I order the advent calendar and it isn't as described in ad. I didn't get crochet hooks, patterns, and the yarn is so small i Can't even make any thing worth while it is false advertisement. There for I would like a full refund I can sent it back postage due to you. Thank you Bonnie Colburn

I would give them no star if possible. This company, if indeed it is a company, is a scam. DO NOT buy from these people. They advertised something as sea glass and it is cheap plastic. I will report them to BBB and Facebook.

I Ordered two items and after they did a BAIT AND SWITCH with price I immediately contacted them to cancel the order. The only response is so sorry for extra charges we will call our team to remove. I responded back that I don't want to do business with a Company that is running a scheme. No response from them. I will dispute charges with my credit card Company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

If I could give a negative review believe me I would. It took 3 months and many complaints & emails for my order to arrive. Not that it mattered, the products are worthless. According to the sizing chart I needed a 13XL, which sounds ridiculous, Im a 38C. Not that it mattered, a toddler couldn't even wear this product. I want my money back, but they want me to may shipping for a product that shouldn't even be allowed to be sold. They haven't offered me any type of compensation, at least not yet. I did inform that I was reporting them to the BBB.

I would gove it 0 stars if I could. I ordered 3 bras in June, I checked shipping regularly, never received them. They told me it's not their problem. The tracking all said something different. One said the package eas delivered on July 10th, then said it was being processed July 15th. PayPal denied my claim because they had the name, city and state on tracking. I used informed delivery from USPS, that tracking number was not listed for July 10th.

it was horrible and even though the website says full refund. they offered $4 on a $50 purchase
and refused to give me the return address so i’m stuck with clothes that don’t fit. i would not order anything from these people. who are obviously bad actors
