Cheap & Nasty

I always check reviews for a site I haven't used before and am kicking myself for not doing it this time. The bed arrived faster than expected, but it looks cheap and nasty. Totally shapeless. My dog actually walked away from it!
So annoyed with myself.
Hoping I can flog it on EBAY based on the actual real pictures I have taken. Wish me luck

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! A total rip off.

I ordered a large “heated” cat bed only to receive a small non heated cat bed. After contacting customer services they freely admitted that the cat bed is not heated. They said “Our Cosy Heated Cat Bed does not have any heating element. It is heated because of the design and the materials used in creating the product.”. When asking where to return the product I was given an address in China. This is despite there being a London address on their website. I will contact PayPal to get my money back.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, pay for express delivery and product not even arrived yet! Customer service is an absolute joke it is not made clear anywhere on there site that your actually buying from China, it’s an absolute joke from 29th November they “couldn’t” cancel order because it had been dispatched what a joke it’s now 8th December still nothing, what disappoints me the most about this is the fact they are actually duping people this way they should be ashamed

TERRIBLE QUALITY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAMMERS!

This company is an absolute disgrace! Cheap products and no return and refund. The Beds i recieved cost me over £120 on offer! And they are such poor quality I cant even use them! It has taken 5 emails asking if they could arrange a return and refund. They finally broached the idea of a refund and said they could only refund 50% of one bed. Then they did the classic sending me an address in China to send the beds to, costing me more than £90! Absolute shambles, I'm going through PayPal now as PresentPet are just trying to keep my money and not resolved my issues. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Cheap tacky products at expensive prices!

Placed order on 19th November which consisted of a large luxury dog bed and a large dog coat. About £100 spent on these 2 items. They arrived 6th December and I am so disappointed. They bed looks like something you would get from the pound shop and most definitely isnt luxury! I have a 10 month old German shepherd and he doesnt even fit on the bed it's that small! The coat was ordered in large and is too small (website advised the size of coat for the type of dog) the sizing is tiny! Overall really really disappointed. Will definately stick to local shops next time. What a waste of hard earned money. Costs a fortune to return to CHINA too!

Wrong bed sent paid for large received…

Wrong bed sent paid for large received a medium sent an email they requested photos with tape measure which I was happy to send. No partial refund offered and not able to return. Absolutely disgusting how long is takes for a reply customer service is shocking I personally will never purchase from here again. It’s been two weeks and still awaiting a response from the warehouse apparently. Very disappointed as I read positive feed back and have been scammed really.

No contact AT ALL..

I ordered a dog coat almost 2 weeks ago now through PresentPet.

I paid and organised the delivery, the money was taken from my account but from that point I have received no confirmation email and I haven't been able to make contact with the company once in that time.

After 5 calls, emails, and even a message to their facebook page, I have still not had ANY response at all so I have no idea if they even have my order. Really not pleased with this service and I most certainly would not use or recommend their service to anybody I know.

A shame as their website and products look really good, but service has let them down.

bought a no pull harness for my cocker…

bought a no pull harness for my cocker spaniel and within a week or so one of the clips at the side just clean split in two

contacted the company and after three emails i got a reply to say we have contacted our logistics dept and will get back to you

? logistics have not anything to do with quality do they?

would never use these guys again poor poor quality products

I believe there was a mistake with my colleagues response. We usually do a quality check for each item before shipping it out. Our logistics team are responsible for this as they do the quality inspection as well as ship out the items to our shipping partners.

DO NOT BUY FROM PRESENT PETS!

They are absolute scammers. I have notified trading standers, all those effected please also inform trading standard's. Why are companies like this aloud to trade. they are sending very poor quality products from china for a high price tag. you try and get a refund and get fobbed off by the same email, ignoring refund requests. This company needs closing down!

Good shopping experience and perfect winter coats for my Frenchies

I wz concerned after reading so many terrible reviews as I ordered 2 coats for my frenchies. They are still growing so finding something which will fit and where some adjustment could be made so it last longer than a month, has been a nightmare and thought these could be the ones.
I placed the order 16 Nov, order wz shipped 19 Nov and order wz received today 1 Dec. Ok it’s not the mega, next day delivery Amazon customers are used to BUT not a ridiculous wait time either.
The quality is really good and the fit is perfect. They fit very well now and the sides can be adjusted as my pups grow so I expect I will get a good few years out of their new coats.
All in all my shopping experience from start to finish with PresentPets has been great and I will definitely use them again.

pleasantly surprised and pleased with my purchase after reading reviews

After I purchased the cat bed I was very annoyed to find that the item was coming from China as I have had lots of bad experiences with companies based in china although the website looks like they are in the UK.

I assumed (especially when reading the reviews, which I normally do before I buy but hadn't) that I had been conned. Anyway I received lots of update emails from them. The tracking link did not work but the tracking menu at the top of the website did (which is how I saw it was coming from China).

around 11 days later I received the package (tightly wrapped with sellotape). I took out the cat bed expecting the quality to be rubbish but it was plump and soft. The opening is smaller than in the photo but after a couple of days of tempting my cat in she is now very happy.

In fact she had ignored it for a couple of days and then one day I heard really loud purring and looked to se her in there!

I think there is a chance things go wrong when shipping from that far but I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with my purchase.

dog coats

I have just bought one dog coat and have ordered another I have received first class communications throughout that purchase . With Regard to the coat I did struggle a bit with ordering size but it is fine ,If I could make a suggestion I would like it longer over the dogs flanks but love how it zips up over the back .

For a first time purchase we are very pleased. We bought a harness for our x-large boy and it fits a dream. Well padded exceptionally strong abd as mentioned well fitting. Strong and secure handle and anchor so should last a fair while. Will purchase again for sure

Wish I could give zero stars! Expensive cat bed didn’t turn up. Told me to “go to post office”. But then turns out it was Hermes... so told me to go to Hermes! So no item and no refund. Scam.

Amazing product and service

My product arrived yesterday I bought a medium and XXL bed. And myself and my dogs love it! because they are boxed up you need to give them time to open up fully and the larger the are, the longer this can take, the place recommends to leave them 24hours like you would a memory foam mattress for humans. You can even heat it up in a tumble dryer (follow instructions on packaging) which will help with this and fluffing it up. The minute I opened the package the dogs jumped onto the beds, and didn't want to get off. Because things are taking longer in customs due to a pandemic it is taking slightly longer then normal to arrive, but the staff are super helpful and informative, all you have to do is email and the response is quick. Will definitely use these again in the future.

I also have fallen to this company. I ordered 2 dog raincoats together cost £48.00. They arrived after quite a few weeks but they do not fit my dog. I emailed them to ask if I could exchange them for bigger size and yes was the reply by a person called "Valentina L" asking me to post the items back to the address she gave me (in China) and email her with the proof of postage and tracking number which I did. (cost £15.00).
I have only so far had emails informing me they are dealing with it.
Talk about being had. Quite a big scam going on here.
It needs to be looked into

I recieved the x large dog bed and disappointed is an understatement it is very thin and poor quality . My dog would be just as well lying on the hard floor and would have been so much cheaper for me . I thought it would help his hip dysplasia and arhiritis as i stupidly believed what web site said on it . I will not be buying from here again feel i have been scammed . (EDIT) i am trying to do this but the replys i am getting back are about the calming bed and not the bed i bought so have sent photos will see now what they come back with . I feel if you looked properly at complaints yous would have seen what bed i had ordered
