The dog bed I bought is definitely not worth the money, wish I‘d gone to Aldi.
Nothing in terms of customer service except automated email replies.

Do NOT buy from this company. The ‘heated’ cat bed I ordered for my cat was a load of rubbish. It turned up looking nothing like the photos on the website and is not heated in any way. Rubbish, cheap products. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company. They have a U.K. registered address and are registered at companies house April 2020, but they are shipping cheap goods from China, which is not stated on their website. I ordered a dog bed from them and then unfortunately then read the reviews, decided I no longer wanted the item, contacted them a couple of days after placing the order (which had an inactive tracking link) to request a refund, and made them aware that I was also aware from previous comments that they were mysteriously ‘shipping’ items as soon as a person does request a refund, so they have to return the goods to China to obtain a refund at this cost, hoping they customer chooses not to do so, which is a wholly unacceptable. If I do not receive a refund on this item, in full, within the next seven days, I will be pursing this matter through the courts without delay, and I will not be returning any mysteriously ‘shipped’ items back to China.

I bought 3 "orthopedic" raised calming beds from this company (order no: 1559) in March, a medium (which I would describe as small), a XL (medium) and a 2XL (large but sooo flat) Now they have been in use for a few months I feel I can give a fair review. The quality is very disappointing, especially in the larger beds that seems to have the same amount of stuffing as the smaller one I order. They are definitely not orthopedic, and though the small one is popular the others are avoided as they are so flat they really aren't fit for purpose, and the nice high comfy sides you see in the photos are in reality very low and thin. They are not something that I would have purchased had I seen a true representation of the product on their website. Their returns policy does not appear to comply with UK or EU standard practice and Laws, and is so extreme for a company which claims to be UK based; expecting customers to pay returns shipping to China effectively means if you buy from this company you are stuck with the product however shoddy the goods are. I am disappointed that I fell for their advertising and wish I had checked reviews first, a very expensive mistake!

Ordered a bed which took 4 weeks to arrive from China!! Squashed into a tiny bag and is not fit for purpose apart from the bin. Nothing like the plumped version online. Communication is shocking, have asked for a refund and still not response. Contact number does not work and Valentina replied the same message every email I send when asking for delivery timescales and wanting to cancel my order. Always research website usually so disappointed with myself on this occasion. Do not waste time and money in buying a bed from here. I got one from Aldi in the end a fraction of the price and 100 times better than the one from present pet, so good I bought two. Avoid this company. Would be quicker to go to China to choose your own dog bed!!!

Very poor customer service, still waiting for the harness and lead. Think its gone round the planet 4 times and its still not with the local courier

My wife ordered a bed for our dog. FOUR weeks later it arrived from China stuffed into a small plastic bag. Removed from packaging and shook out. Poor quality that looks nothing like the picture on their website. Difficult returns as have to pay postage to China. Fit for dustbin only

I am so glad that I had not read the reviews before purchasing from Present pet as I may of been swayed into not ordering. So glad I ordered and so is my 13yr (14 in Feb) Cocker, he just loves it as soon as I shook it all out and fluffed it up and told him it was he's its been a struggle to get him out of to to go for a walk ..unheard of! Also the correspondence has been excellent, I got in contact via email for an update on my order and always had a reply on where it was up to, Thank you Valentina .... just brilliant!

Absolutely terrible customer service, best of luck to you if you've purchased. Their telephone number doesn't work (which has been pointed out to them) and it's been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it's still not arrived. Ordered on the 26th September, asked for a refund on the 3rd Oct for all the messing around/ ignored emails and awful customer service. Valentina refused as it has been 'already processed or shipped from our warehouse'... So you don't know whether it's shipped or processed? Odd since it's supposed to be from your company... Then get an automated email saying it's been shipped on the 10th October. Don't know what to expect when I receive it... That's if I even do. Best to avoid if you don't want to be messed around.

This company is uk based but all products are sent from China!!! Plus you pay for tracked shipping.
emailed them about my order as soon as I place it online via there website and then didn’t get a response after 5days of waiting they couldn’t amend or cancel order because apparently it’s been shipped out well DUH! If you waited 5days to wait and ignore my email so you don’t have to change or cancel. Plus there is no working contact number this company is a fraud money making scheme stay away seriously!!!!!!!!!!! Biggest mistake of spending £170 without checking the reviews.

I bought a pet backpack for my small dog.
It’s so good as I can wear it at the front and see my little dog.

Presentpets have proved to be a company you can trust to supply a product of excellent standard and value. Don't be put off by the fact that the products are posted in China. The owners of the company in the UK manage everything from order to shipping and delivery. I was informed by email at every stage of the process and their tracking is the best I have come across for ease of use. My wait of three weeks for delivery was well worth it. My dog is really happy wearing his new purple harness and I'm happy because he can't squirm his way out of it to chase cats. I have arthritis in my fingers but can fasten and unfasten the harness really easily. Lots of fellow dog walkers have admired it because it looks so smart and fits so well.

Having read the negative feedback I was at first concerned, however I have nothing but praise, 1st Class service, product and value....10 days from order to delivery

Ordered large bed 26th July .................

Snuggle me pillow arrived in 2 weeks, as discribed, has a slight factory smell so have left out to air. Small zip on back enables you to add extra stuffing or adjust stuffing to your liking.

Company shipped incorrect item to me and then expected me to pay postage to return to China for a refund (even though website shows UK address). Very expensive compared to other sites.

I ordered 4 x harnesses for my dogs with their names on. Although I had to wait a while ( which was expected due to a pandemic) they came well packaged and beautifully made. They fit perfectly and have a grip handle and large ring, are lovely bright colours and are so easy to put on. They have the dogs names on and my phone number. Thankyou so much, I'm over the moon with them!

Bed arrived exactly the right size colour. Beautiful and fluffy dog absolutely loves it altho it's very light and he keeps taking it outside. Yes it did take a while to come but there is a pandemic going on. Well worth the wait as isn't wasn't that long. Thanks again for my order. Beautiful product.

Avoid avoid avoid, i wish i had read these reviews before i ordered, 4months i have been waiting for the dog bed i ordered and it still has not arrived. When i emailed them requesting a refund i heard nothing back, so i emailed again requesting a refund but still no refund or reply from the company. I have now reported to UK trading standards.

I ordered a raised calming bed but even after following their advice on the website, the product clearly did not offer enough padding and was still lumpy and not fit for purpose. You have to return to China which cost me £26 but they refused to reimburse the cost of return due to the item being faulty and not fit for purpose. I am awaiting my refund for the product but I am unsure when I will receive this as other people who have reviewed have had to wait a long time. I feel I have been conned as it’s not clear you have to return to China and they are clearly in breach on trading standards in the UK for not reimbursing postage costs.
