Love love love this company
Love love love this company! I have used PRESS now 3 times over a few years for their juice cleanses as a re-set and will continue. I love how there isn't any added sugars like a lot of other juices/smoothies (Innocent etc) and all ingredients are natural.

Easy healthy tasty convenient meals and great customer service
I keep coming back to Press for the meals and soups after doing a 2 week programme with them some time ago as they help me to keep up a healthy lifestyle despite being very busy. The variety of soups and meals are all delicious, help me meet protein goals and max out the variety of plant based foods I am eating each week. A big fan of the new chilli noodle and arrabbiata options. On the whole my deliveries have always arrived smoothly with everything in good shape other than one delivery where 2 soup containers had cracked and I was really impressed by Georgina at customer services and grateful to her for looking into my issue and sorting it so quickly, efficiently and kindly.

I was really impressed with my order from Press! Delivery was super fast, and the smoothies were exactly what I needed for a quick pick me up, tasty, refreshing, and surprisingly filling. The real standout for me, were the ginger shots. They had the perfect kick and instantly became my favorite. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

AVOID Terrible Service
Really poor service. I ordered the two week meal plan, see below for a *list* of issues I encountered:
Cool packs had split and leaked gel over the entirety of my first delivery, damaging the packaging of all products.
Snack item swapped out for something different both weeks of the plan without asking, despite me ticking the box on the site to ask me before making substiutions.
Part of second delivery went missing and will now be delivered late, having spent several days unrefrigerated in vans, so will be arriving to me on a day I am not home for delivery, inedible. I flagged this was missing as soon as it did not arrive, was told it would arrive later today, which it hasn't. When I flagged this I was sent a screenshot of their (hidden, and not on product pages or at any point in the ordering/delivery date selection process) Ts&Cs stating that they have a 48h window in which to deliver... despite the fact customers are ordered to select one specific day for delivery.
I asked for a partial refund for the bits of the order I did not receive and will not be home to receive when they go out for delivery again, and have been refused this as it is a fresh product so they can't accept returns... yet apparently it's acceptable for me to accept delivery of fresh items that are no longer fresh?
The mango chia pots are inedible, both my husband and I found that they had a distinct vomit taste.
Did not receive the berry breakfast pots I ordered due to a lack of stock... you guessed it, I was not asked if I was happy to accept this substitution despite requesting this as they didn't want my order held up at the warehouse. Rather defeats the point of the option of being informed of any substitutions?
This is an expensive, premium service that has been a let down from start to finish. I had planned to do a four week plan with them when I returned from holiday, but will now absolutely avoid and go with Frive instead, who have much better reviews. I really wish I'd read the poor reviews on here before ordering! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am glad that we have since been able to find a suitable resolution for the issues faced with your recent delivery.
As standard, we offer a 48 hour delivery window for all of our orders which is a measure we have in place to avoid products being wasted in the event the recipient is not home to accept a delivery, or if there has been a disruption on route. We have carried out thorough testing to ensure the products safety, I am sorry that on this occasion one of the parcels was mis-sorted to the incorrect DPD depot and this resulted in a 1 day, however I am happy to report this has since arrived and will be perfectly safe to consume.
Regarding the swaps, in the instance that a product goes out of stock, but the item we will be swapping it to is already in the order, we will opt to make the swap automatically to avoid any delays in delivery and disrupting our customers. Especially for our Meal Plans as we appreciate that majority of customers rely on these deliveries for the weekly Meals etc. so we avoid holding the full order where we can. We truly appreciate the feedback here and we are sorry that you have not been enjoying the Mango Chia Bowls, we have fed this back to our Product Team and in the case that you are not enjoying a product please do get in touch with our Customer Experience team and we will be more than happy to discuss the options available to make swaps!
I do hope you have been enjoying the Meal Plan aside from the issues that you have sadly faced, and that the replacement order that is due for delivery today arrives safely so you can continue with the Plan as scheduled.

I did the 3 day beginners juice cleanse and I’ve never done one before but wow I am so impressed by the results! As someone who really struggles with gut health and bloating this has been the kick start I needed to continue my journey into losing weight! I was 12st 9lbs when I started and after just 3 days I was 12st 2lbs.

Taste somewhat disappointing
The delivery and presentation of the products were really great. However, the taste of some of the juices were not pleasant at all. This might be just personal taste, but I found the celery and the lean greens ones to be completely intolerable. Given that these juices make up a bulk of the juice/soup cleanse I was let not being able to experience the full cleanse as I couldn't drink these at all.

I love every Press product I’ve tried! I do like fruits and veg a lot but I even thought the celery juice is pretty good considering I generally dislike celery. Great soups!
Really like the soups. The juices very acidic using for a whole week’s cleanse so would probably just do 2-3 days in future. Definitely need a mouthwash afterwards to protect those teeth! The first product delivery was very late and things were missing, then arrived in multiple deliveries over a week by which point some of the products were going past their use by date. However, customer service did eventually provide a refund and the 2nd delivery was fine-all there and on time. Wasn’t a huge fan of the meals - bit bland but would probably do a soup cleanse again at some point.

I ordered the Power Week (my go-to PRESS product) and absolutely loved it. The two-day juice cleanse is the perfect way to kick off the reset, and then you ease into the five days of the meal plan, which makes the whole week feel really balanced. I honestly love all of the meals - but the Orzo is definitely my favourite.
The service was brilliant too - everything arrived on time, super fresh, and the box was packed with ice so it all stayed perfect. I also really appreciate that you can pick an exact delivery date. It takes away that usual hassle of having to plan and order days in advance like you do with other sites.
I always feel so much better after a Power Week - lighter, more energised, and motivated to keep going with healthier habits.
