Easy to order, processing and delivery time very quick. Ordered pressed metal plates and ten quality was really impressive at a fantastic price.

I ordered a plate and fixings, when it turned up the plate had a defect and there we no fixings. I sent pictures but hadn't had a response until I mentioned Trading Standards. They said that they would send a return envelope for the plate but it hasn't arrived. Still no fixings. Do not use this cowboy company, they are unprofessional and incompetent.

Prompt delivery, but check numbers, the no 8 was upside down. Was noticed by a member of the club when they asked where the plates came from. Did email the company and sent photo, no response from them. As they were held by clips I managed to turn it round without breaking the clip. A response from them would have been polite.

Fabulous service and after care! When the plates arrived they were a different size to what I had ordered. I called the company and the very next day another set of plates arrived. Thank you so much.

It was easy place the order on the website and there is clear information about legal plates vs show plates, advice etc and what documents you need. I went with metal pressed plates and they look great! If anyone I know is looking to get some made I'll be recommending Chase Lane Plates.

£48 paid for a pair of private number plates, rear one was damaged in the printing stage on the boarder. Sent in pictures and was told to send back for a refund however they were stuck on securely and didnt want to damage vehicle as they stated to use a blade to remove from vehicle.
I told them I would prefer to keep them and I will repair the border myself and if they would offer a partial refund. Various emails sent by me and ignored, then out of the blue I get an email saying they would only refund me £2.99 the cost of the boarder only. Not really a gesture of good will so I asked via email if they could get a manager to take a look at my situation and maybe offer slightly more. I wasn't expecting half (£24) maybe £15 or £10 for the inconvenience seeing as they accepted it was their fault.
Out the blue I get a call from the owner who was trying to convince me that £2.99 was all he was going to offer and was being a bit off with me on the phone.
He asked me what i wanted to resolve this issue and change my low review and when I explained it to him, he went off again and said he wasn't going to do that so I didnt really understand the point of the phone call other than to berate me for the low review (which they sent me an email for the review themselves? )
Overall bad communications the plates were ok in general and i did keep them on the vehicle as i need them. Its just a shame they have to take things so personal. Customer satisfaction isn't their priority and getting angry at customers seems to be ok.
Unfortunately I was made to feel bad and would not be recommending them to others. Sorry.

I bought plates for my vw camper the quality of the plates are shocking.
They were damaged the rear plate had a kink in it, this because the metal is so thin .
And when I tried to sort this out with the company they were not interested in giving me a refund.

I ordered a 9x7 metal pressed plate for a motorcycle 🏍️ because it was for a Motorcycle! The image in the order even showed yellow & I yet I receive a White pressed plate! Absolutely no use to me whatsoever, clueless, refused to rectify so ultimately waste of my money & time - my advice, stay clear 👎

Fantastic company. Would def use again. Ordered on Tuesday evening arrived Thursday morning. Can’t get much better than that.

Can't comment on quality as I didn't receive plate or second plate that was supposedly sent. postage tracking informed me that it was not sent. Communication stopped when I requested a refund.
