Extremely disappointing customer service.
I received my order and wanted to exchange one item for a different style. I contacted Pressio promptly and requested return instructions, but received no response. I also attempted to use their online returns portal, which simply stated that it could not find my order, leaving me with no way to initiate a return.
I have followed up and still cannot get any meaningful response. A company that sells online should have a returns process that actually works and should respond to customers within a reasonable timeframe.
The products themselves appear well made, but if something goes wrong or you need to make a return, you may find yourself completely ignored. Until Pressio improves its customer service and honours its obligations to customers, I cannot recommend buying from them.

Preordered a marathon tshirt that should have been available for pick up at bib collection. It was not, and I was told it would be posted to me and expected to arrive 2 weeks later. A month later it still hadn't arrived and I hadn't had any communication about it so emailed them. I was told it was in production and was finally sent a shirt 2.5 months after the event. It was not what I had ordered. Luckily I was able to get a refund very quickly, but it was a very poor experience for such an expensive shirt.

Such scammers. I ordered in October 2025 and have received no response or update about my purchase from Pressio Asia its been 5 months. I want a full refund and my money back.
Ordered some half tights which I used their online size guide for, however this was wrong so I need to return them as I have bought the next size up. They're now not responding to my emails (I've sent 3 over 2 weeks) about returns and their policy is vague. To make things worse the new product is sub par and the threads are coming lose after one wear. Snake oil company that only seems to respond when people leave a bad review...

I ordered a top from them at the beginning of April and was told that the item would be despatched by the 13th of May, however I hadn't heard anything by June so emailed them on the 4th of June. I was told that there had been a production problem and that I would receive the item but it would not be the correct colour, however I could keep this item and the correct item would be sent to me. It's now the 24th of July and I still haven't received the correct item. My last email to them on the 12th of July stated that they hoped to have the correct item sent to me late in the week.
I've pretty much given up hope of receiving the correct item, avoid this company. Slow to respond and you'll probably never receive what you ordered.
Updated. Have increased the rating having now received communications from Pressio. Multiple emails sent. No response with regards to my ordered. I purchased the item on Sunday and it says 2-4 days delivery however I am now in day 4 and no even a shipping confirmation sent which makes me think it’s not even been issues. All I wanted was a simple response to my emails with an update as I am going on holiday on Friday and my purchase was for my trip

No tracking, no dispatch note, no response from their customer care teams and still no order after drifting away from the expected delivery times.
Wish I'd checked these reviews beforehand as there are clearly systemic failings at the company and they're not being addressed.
Shame because it was lovely product when I bought something a few years back.
It's not hard to meet basic customer expectations when running an ecom business but it's even worse when you are committed to B-Corp.

Updated. Have increased the rating having now received communications from Pressio. A general email was sent advising that they had experience IT issues and some direct emails to my in app and email messages. Definitely improved, but Pressio have an opportunity to improve the customer experience a lot more.
The product itself is flimsy and feels rather cheap, but the price was ‘reasonable’, so I probably should have managed my expectations lower. It has been worn and washed once, shape is already going. The fully sustainable/biodegradable T-shirt at £45 maybe higher quality, but the price is way too high.

Ordered a T-shirt after Endure24 - Threshold has partnered with Pressio. Order stated max 2 days delivery. Now more than 1 week. Have contacted twice through the app and one email for an update - zero response!!

I’m fuming. I ordered an item as a birthday gift back in May. Nothing arrived. After many ignored emails an item eventually arrived - the WRONG ONE. There is no phone number and no one is getting back to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Avoid.
I purchased some clothing in March. The invoice stated it would be shipped at the beginning of May. Nothing so far so I have emailed them several times over the last 2 weeks to enquire what is happening. No response. They state they respond to emails within 24hrs. Obviously not. There is no phone number or any other obvious alternative way of contacting them. Friends have had similar problems. Disappointing. I live in hope I may eventually receive or hear something.

Very frustrating - I ordered 2 tops some time ago anon one is replaying to my emails!!! I want the tops I've ordered but had no luck in actually finding out the order status.
Terrible quality and do not trust this company. Less than 2 months old - long running tights have come apart - back pockets, ankle seams. This company sells cheap and nasty garments at a very high price. Worse their customer service say they are 'quality minded' and then behave the opposite. Total nonsense. Quality issues are to be addressed by the manfuacturer.
Very disappointed. purchased 2 BIO low rise run tight (large) PWB0078A style ID. Not as advertised in my book. They came from UK so I wont be sending them back so very annoyed. Many issues. Firstly they are NOT low rise. They come up to my waist and I am long in the body (so they should of been lower than typical low rise) -- this is the most annoying. At least skins does not sell as low rise. They come to the same position as the skins e.g. waist. Secondly I am 168cm and they do not reach my ankles. Their sizing chart is off. I needed Tall Large versus Large. Skins AS400 covers my ankle on Large size. Lastly the fabric is itchy rather than smooth like the skins compression material. Hopefully this will improve with a wash. They did not feel comfortable during my first wear and so I dont look forward to putting them on, like I did my AS400 SKINS
Plus from a look perspectyive the gold on the black looks 'try hard' versus smart and cool.
I will return to SKINS AS400.

Bought one of your hoodies for completing Race to The King this year. I’ve worn this item twice and it’s falling apart - stitching is coming away. £75 for a top that starts falling apart is not on. I’ve emailed you direct and tried social media but no response

Helpful advice and really happy with the tops and legging.
Disappointing service: I ordered online two women’s t-shirts to celebrate finishing Race to the Stones (ordered on the same day as the race) because the stand was closed when I finished - fair enough! Although one top was received correctly, unfortunately, I also received a man’s top, which is far too big. Disappointingly, even though we are told that merchandise is ‘made to order’, apparently no more merchandise is available so a replacement is not possible. I have emailed to ask for a return address but no response... I have had to send it to the address on the delivery note with proof of postage and I just hope it is received so I can get my money back. Pressio currently have £75 of my money (because before all this mess, I decided to treat myself to a vest as well and absolutely no news on that item at all). I am disappointed that I have had to write a negative review but £75 is a lot of money. The communication from Pressio is poor which is the most frustrating aspect of this - mistakes happen and communication is key. Who knows if I will see the products I am owed or my money…?
Having completed the epic adventure of race to the stones with friends , we decided to splash for the T shirt and ordered on the 14th . My friends received notification confirming the order and I haven’t! My concern is the lack of response from multiple emails I have sent and multiple enquiries through the online portal . 5 days on and no reply , poor customer service! Won’t be purchasing from Pressio again . On reflection it was an impulse buy , still on a high after the race ! Should have went with my initial impression which was a poor design, bland, generic and non descriptive , with little effort toward the concept of running 100K ,considering what the race encompasses . Look at previous designs they are so much better and time stamped .Looking at previous reviews here the quality seems to be an issue too ! For that price you’d expect a higher standard…. FYI. I have tried the troubleshooting process, payment. Junk and spam . This is a minor issue exacerbated by poor communication and customer service ! I would have serious reservations if there was a major issue.
Update : Having posted here i finally received a reply from the various emails sent. And the issue is resolved. Apparently a spelling error on my email address. Doesn’t account for the poor response to customer enquiry regarding order.Thank you trust pilot for providing the platform for dialogue with a second party .

Myself and 2 friends purchased a Race to the King vest through Pressio after proudly completing the 100km race in memory of my late partner.
They were purchased 2 days after the race, 17th June and arrived last Thursday 27th June but sadly the package only contained 2 vests, so one vest was missing.
I've contacted Pressio via the form and sent an email as well but haven't heard anything. I'm honestly gutted as we were all looking forward to wearing the vests with pride and haven't yet had the opportunity to, almost 3 weeks on.
UPDATE: After posting on here Pressio made contact and have sent the missing vest in addition to a lovely, good quality hoodie as a gesture of goodwill.
I am pleased this has been rectified but, as other reviewers have mentioned, it's a shame that Pressio only seem to respond after leaving a negative review on Trust Pilot.!! I have updated my rating to 3 starts from 1 now this has been sorted out.

I purchased an orange short sleeved Race to the King tshirt from Pressio on 25/05. I proudly wore it for the first time the day after the race - 16/06. On taking it off that evening I found the lettering falling off the back - unacceptable, particularly at the price charged for it! I used the form on the Pressio website and, like many others, I have received no response.
Update - the day after posting this Pressio were in touch and have said they are sending me a replacement tshirt and a complimentry Race to the King singlet, so moving up to three stars from one. Will update the review again when I receive them.
Final update - tshirt and singlet received. Both are of a decent quality. Pressio emailed me again asking me to update my review - hence this update. The clothing I now have is decent quality. I am happy with it. When they do respond, Pressio resolve issues quickly - but there is clearly an issue with the contact forms of their website, they only seem to respond to negative reviews on here.
