Feels more like a never ending journey of false promises and let downs. I wish id have read the reviews here before dealing with this shambles of a company. Complete and utter incompetence from “official agents” don’t waste your time here.

Disappointing service
I had high hopes following some great influencer videos on media.
Reality was absolutely shocking! Firstly I send my REMS in for calibration, ended up with a quote for “repairs” which totalled £50 short of a new press tool, I decided to take a new one and requested the old one back.
New one arrives, old one doesn’t. Called customer service on WhatsApp and was told that I couldn’t have it back! Eventually it was sent back to me. Sent to BES who calibrated it and said there was no issue, passed all tests.

Appalling. Had my tool 3 weeks and didn’t even look at it. Told them in the end to just return it. They claim on their website to be uk service agents for Rothenberger but in reality they are only service agents for Ireland. They even try to fool you by having a 020 London phone number. Don’t be fooled. DON’T USE
