The Customer Support Team at Prestige was incredibly helpful and kind. My flight was 2 hours delayed and they were there for me with no negative repercussions. The customer service and booking process was efficient and professional. We were sent the driver's name and mobile number 24 hours before the booking, as promised. The driver arrived punctually and was very friendly. On the day of return, the driver texted to confirm our flight was on time. He then waited locally and we texted once baggage had been collected. He was waiting for us directly outside the terminal when we walked out. Great value for money and friendly, efficient service. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service! The driver was on time and didn't fret when the flight was 15 mins later than scheduled. Offered to get us hot drinks to meet us. We were able to exchange via text and the ride was comfortable and an excellent driver. Highly recommend!
