Great letting agent. As a first time renter, they were really helpful. Made the process smooth and sorted out any issues as soon as possible. Staff are also friendly and informative.

This is the first place I've ever rented and moved 53 miles from London to MK and I've had nothing but amazing and supportive services from Prestige! Upon the initial viewing, the Agent was very friendly and showed us everything. They also allowed us as much time as me and my partner wanted to look around and envisage how we would want the place to look. The property is beautiful inside and out & we are honestly in LOVE with our home. As well as that, they ensured that we had a legionnaire check within weeks of us moving in and we recently had an inspection after 2 months of being here to ensure all sealants are in good nick to ensure we aren't getting condensation. I love the fact they left a note in one of our kitchen cupboards on how to report any issues and honestly I feel like I could go to them for anything.
I would happily use this letting agency again, should we ever need to move home.

I recommend Prestige to anyone, i have been a tenant in one of their properties for 12 years. We needed to move to a bigger property and it only seemed right to stay with prestige, they have been nothing short of amazing. Tony, Adam, Louise and Jason have always been so helpful and if there is ever a problem they always rectify it as soon as possible.

Moving is really stressful but prestige made it as easy as possible, very accommodating with timings for viewings and dealing with the little things like contacting the council tax and utilities to let them know we were leaving, such a massive help when trying to pack, work and run a family.

Having looked at and met many letting agents in Milton Keynes were we immediately impressed and put at ease with Prestige and their friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. Out of all of the property agents my partner and I went through, Prestige have been far the best.
Other agents booked ridiculous numbers of home viewings which made it next to impossible for us to find a place but Prestige take a more sensible approach and only book a handful at a time.
This allowed us to find a property extremely quickly and we had zero issues along the way.
After 3 months of searching we only had one viewing with Prestige and we moved in 2 weeks after.
I would recommend them any day to any one as they are really friendly and reply to any queries incredibly quickly.

Prestige is the 3rd letting agency with I’m renting. As of now its just 3 months now in this house and I am fully satisfied with Prestige team. They are all very helpful and responsive for any queries that we had.

The process of renting was very straightforward and they insisted us to have a viewing before doing the commitment. We realise how important that was. We really appreciate that.

Initially, we experienced some issues in the house and some maintenance and repair was required. With just a single call all issues are addressed in speedy service. Very good experience as of now and hope it will continue as same...

This is my 5th property that I have rented but my first with Prestige MK. I have to say they have been by far the best letting agents I have used. Jason met us initially when we went to view our property. They were not pushy at all and allowed us plenty of time to view the property. Once we decided to go ahead with the let, the process was very quick and easy. Communication was very good and we felt reassured throughout the process. Just before we were due to move in our property had a leak, Prestige allowed us to move the date of our move (if we wanted too) to allow them to carry out the work needed on the property or if we wanted to stay with the original date they would ensure the work was carried out fully. Again they communicated with us fully throughout taking into account our feelings. The check in was not rushed, we were given 2 days to check over the house and report anything not identified on the inventory. We were very pleased with our property and everything was explained clearly and there is an online form that you can use to report any issues. I cannot recommend Prestige highly enough if you are looking for a property.

Right from the point when I first contacted them to view the property, a lovely gentlemen showed us around and explained everything that we needed to know. They have been more than accommodating to honour our requests in few areas to ensure our satisfaction. They took loads of pictures of the property to make sure there is transparency when we leave in future. It has been 3.5 years we lived there and every-time we had a maintenance request, there has been excellent communication and prompt service to set things right. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move to MK to use their services.

I have been renting via Prestige for several months now and I can't fault the service. They are incredibly efficient and helpful and are also very responsive to any queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige to landlords or tenants (in fact, I already have).

It was my first time in renting a house in the UK. The letting agents were also very helpful and responsive for any queries that I had. The process of renting was very straightforward without much bureaucracy. Additionally, they offer a service called "Just move in" - excellent!! They set up all the bills for me, which is something that I had no idea to deal with, if I had too. I'm very happy with Prestige.

Like other people that have written reviews we have had our own fair share of problems with other letting agencies. However this company has proven to be a real gem. They offer a full management service which was perfect for us. They worked closely with us to ensure the house was ready for renting and found tenants quickly. We have had a couple of issues since they moved in, ( boiler making odd noises and problems with the garden fence) both have been resolved without delay. They are also very knowledgeable regarding all the current regulations. I would highly recommend them.

Me and my partner were looking for a property in November with no luck until we found a property Prestige had available I called them up straight away and they told me the process. My current residence is represented through Prestige. The agent staff are very friendly and very efficient in replying to my questions. I believe they will quickly and effectively resolve any repairs that I may need in the future. The management process of renting with them is very fast and easy. I would definitely recommend them.

We've been letting from Prestige for a number of years. The team are always super responsive (even if it's a basic query that I'm just not sure about). Always keep us updated on repair progress and never make you feel like you're just 'making a fuss'. They give plenty of notice for inspections. The moving in process was simple and moving out process was equally as smooth (we upsized and liked them so much chose a property with the same agent). Would definitely recommend.
