I highly recommend Prestige removals who we used in September 2020 to move from North Wales to Shrewsbury over 2 days. They did all the packing and there was not a single breakage. The staff were efficient, polite and friendly. They moved anything we asked including several small trees and rocks from the garden! The best thing for us was that they had no cancellation fee as we had to cancel twice as we did not exchange on time. We cancelled at 48 hrs notice twice and when we moved we only confirmed 24 hours before. Great service. They were the same price or cheaper than other local companies who did not include packing.
We lived up a steep narrow lane which a standard big removal van could not get up. Prestige use small Luton vans (we had 4) which they could drive to the house. Other companies were proposing carrying all our stuff down in a transit van then loading it onto a big van in the village over 2-3 days.

Fronted as a family run business they caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to furniture, tables, a desk and piano, and then refused to pay for the damages. Having read other reviews it sounds as though others have had similar experiences, should've done some research first!
