Service - 5 stars because my questions of which there were many were answered quickly and accurately! You get a really friendly service too which helps!

Delivery - 5 stars again because I placed the order on a Friday, on Monday morning I see my watch and get a FedEx tracking number (you check it ever day due to excitement) and you see it stop at various places and for me on the 8th day it was in Edinburgh!

The Watch - 5 stars ++++ it is exactly what I was hoping for! It’s spot on and beautiful! The quality is amazing! I don’t feel like I’ve spend £1,000 I feel like I just saved £90,000! I have some really nice watches already and I know what I’m talking about and I check everything!

The customer service staff communicated with me during every step of the purchase/manufacturing/shipping process. Detailed photos were sent of the watches and permission was requested to continue to the shipping phase. The finished product is of excellent quality. Shipping was extremely fast. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Once we got through the hurdle of the type of payment vehicle, everything went as smooth as possible and quick. Customer service was on top of their game, and the communication between the factory and myself was really good. They asked for my wrist size to build the watch, and after that, they sent me pictures and video with weight and dimensions of the watch prior to shipment. I received the watch within the week. I have to say this is one of the best super clones I’ve ever seen. They do a great job there and I will definitely buy from them again.
