From start to finish, everybody I spoke to was friendly, professional and courteous. Booking over the phone was simple and straightforward. Collection from my driveway was great and we had a good chat about colour ideas. Despite me working nights, we were able to sort out getting my wheels back and on the car without disturbing my sleep. The job itself looks fantastic and has really lifted my car - now the bodywork needs to catch up 😅. They might not be the cheapest around, but the service received is impeccable - now I know why a certain "high peak" youtuber uses them!!! Excellent stuff, guys!

Excellent service on my AMG alloy damaged by a pot hole, Quite a deep groove or 2 in the rim which required welding prior to diamond cutting.
Can't tell where the repair was carried out.
Quick turn around and hire car provided at a reasonable price while mine was in the workshop for the repair.

I paid to have 4 wheels fixed, within a year the lacquer started to break down, this continued to get worse over time.
I tried contacting the company and no reply, they just don't seem interested once they have your cash. This is obviously an issue with the work carried out by the company.

Helpful office and great people. Got a time slot quickly. Job done exactly as agreed and no issues. Would use again and recommend

I love my fresh newly diamond cut wheels, makes my car look like new again, well worth the money. Had all 4 wheels re painted in just over a day. Hassle free from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My car was sent here by kwik fit after they damaged an alloy changing a tyre. When i returned to collect my car, not only was the damage to the wheel still visible, but there was damage to the sill where a trolley jack had been put in the wrong place. The damage wasn’t there before. They then denied all knowledge which was very disappointing.

Just picked up my set of golf r 19 inch wheels with set of new Contintental tyres. Fantastic service and price from a great company run by extremely competent and friendly staff

Great service. Had a couple of scuffs to one of my alloys on my Audi. Really fast turnaround (came next day) and when they had finished it was impossible to see where the scuffs had been. Really reasonable cost as well, highly recommend!

Great service, quick turnaround and brilliant quality finish. Had my brake calipers refurbished as well as a full wheel refurb at the main centre. The brakes were more expensive than other independent people I've seen however I'd rather spend the extra on a trusted, proven company and the finish is better than factory. Turnaround was from Tuesday morning to Wednesday afternoon so no complaints there either for the work carried out! Would fully recommend!

Review for Prestige Wheels

I had a disappointing experience with Prestige Wheels. After paying online, no one contacted me to book in my appointment. I had to follow up with them myself after waiting for 10 days. When I brought my car in to get two wheels refurbished, it was clear that the job missed quality control. There was visible dirt under the lacquer, and the diamond cut where it meets the lacquer had rough edges on both wheels.

Despite my complaints and the team’s attempt to patch up a part where dirt was under the lacquer, I felt like they were just trying to get me out the door by giving me inaccurate excuses, as it was the end of their working day. It seemed like my car was skipped over in terms of quality assurance because it wasn’t as expensive as the others in the shop, some of which were worth over £150k.

While I appreciate their offer to manually correct the issue and recut the wheels, it was not an ideal solution as it meant I couldn’t have the refurb done again in the future. It was really disappointing, especially since this company has such good reviews—that was the only reason I used them. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

It was great to be able to pop in and check in the different options. Great customer service. I was really impressed once I saw the quality of the finish of the wheels. They were better than I expected. This is the 4th set of wheels I have had done and I would recommend them to anyone.
