Brilliant coffee, excellent Customer service.
I was looking for an instant coffee with a difference & came across Presto.
Rather pricey, but (almost!) worth the price tag for its smooth texture and 'authentic' taste. I said 'almost' worth the cost, simply because, if you're an avid coffee drinker, regular Instant Presto drinking makes a bit of a dent in a carefully managed budget!
Running out of my 1st 100gr tin of Instant Presto, I ordered my next one, only to find out that they were all sold out! I was informed that they had 2 left in the Warehouse so, without taking a closer look, I ordered one.... and discovered that I had, in fact, placed an order for an industrial tin of Instant!!! Luckily, Customer Service was very pleasant, and efficient, and the order was cancelled.
I expected to have months long of waiting for the new supplies to arrive, but within a week they had, and a few days later, I was able to have my 'Presto fix'!
So, Thumbs-up to the Presto Team and their least 'instant-tasting' Instant Columbian Coffee! Count me in as a regular Presto Customer from now on!

They use Evri (Hermes) as their courier.
Initially delivery was allegedly delivered, then they provided several erroneous updates and ultimately I had to have Presto send another bag of coffee 1 week later.
The customer service team were friendly, but given that my very first order was a disaster then I'll stick with a competetor as at least I have faith in their courier.
UPDATE - I've just had a response after 3 years! Extremely poor, won't be using again.
