Terrible customer service emailed several times no reply...

I'd hit some rough patches, and other lenders turned me down. PrestoCash didn't judge; they helped. The approval process was fast and I got my transfer the same day.

I thought getting a loan was impossible after being denied elsewhere. But PrestoCash didn't give up on me. They worked trough on my account about some of the issues and gave me the green light (I had more NSF's then declared because of an insurance and gym payment passing on the wrong dates).

They were upfront about the verification process and it may take a bit longer. Their fees are expensive but they kept their word and sent the money as promissed.

Took a little more time to process however they are legit and fees aren't too bad. Definitely reach out to them if you need a little cash. :)

There were a fe minor hiccups during verification, but they worked diligently to resolve it. Once fixed and approved I got the funds quickly.

Really hard to get someone to respond my email. I gave all my info and signed the contract and then nobody amswering me. I signed the contract yesterday at 2pm and no sign of them ever since. I wrote them multiple email…

They take security seriously, which I appreciate. They needed extra bank info for verification since I use 2 banks. They also were suspicious about some transactions in my account but it was quickly checked out and got the money in my account after sining my agreement.

Although there was a small delay initially due to bank information,the team got in touch to verify my payroll details and bank information. They took a few more hours going back and fort but once approved the process was smooth sailing

My employer missed our payroll deposit last cycle and this service provided a plaster until we get paid. The loan was approved and funded in a matter of hours. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency, and this service came to the rescue. I applied...they checked my bank accoutn and and within hours the money was sent by e-transfer. Its an expensive service but I was in a crunch and needed money quickly.

My experience is a little jaded. It seems even being a client for over a year without a blemish on history the company treats you like the 1st time you applied. So not happy with that part of this
