Scammer alert. The pre approval process will take your bank information put it through a "trusted" app
then return you a page without given a user login or anything. They will then request ID emailed without you getting anything. I confronted them, then they said I no longer qualify.

Terrible customer service. They took a double payment, said it was their banks fault and the extra payment would be returned. They didn’t return it. I had to file an investigation with my bank and my bank pulled back the extra payment. I then received an email from PrestoCash saying I had a declined payment and I was being charged a bunch of extra fees even though they got their regularly schedule payment. I’ve emailed several times about this and haven’t received a response.

I agreed to a short term loan, they took 2 payments from my account. It has been 3 days AND NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO MY COMPLAINT. I will not be using this company in the future. There is no customer service # to call.

I agreed and signed up for a payment of $81/bi-weekly but in 1 shot they took $344! This is a scam! I will report this to the authority!! What loan business that doesn’t have a phone number and invalid address?

Waiting on a response for over 10 hours now. Says approval within 4 hours and up to 10 minutes but that’s not my experience. Have used other lenders and get approval much quicker

Not worth a star scammers. Do not loan any amount you will pay double the amount. They will strategically send it late to your account so you are in contract with them.

Was in a situation where I needed cash fast, applied for a loan was told 1 hour , and 3 hrs later could not even get an update, never received any response since, not sure they actually give loans based on my experience, after my application was sent in with all the necessary personal information, I received an "our team is working on your request, approval will be less then 1 hour, then total ghost

Sent them 3 emails in the last two weeks looking to pay my loan off early to save on some interest. I’ve heard nothing back and they don’t even have a phone number to call.
Everyone please avoid PrestoCash… the absolute worst loan shark company in terms of fees and customer service. They may say things like “sorry we didn’t get back to you because of our system update or some BS” but they don’t give their customers any heads up or courtesy email, or alternative way of contacting them. It feels like nobody even works there honestly.
I know we all have hard times and need some financial help but please avoid this company. Looking back on it now I wish I had just chosen to take the hit and miss paying the bill I needed to cover instead of dealing with PrestoCash.

This is my 2nd loan with this company. I made 1 payment then fell on hard times. I lost my job, I'm on the verge of becoming homeless. I have emailed them a few times telling them I have 0 income and I am in the process of filing a consumer proposal. They are now threatening to take me to small claims court although I explained to them numerous times about the consumer proposal. I have no money to pay the loan . Not sure how they expect me to pay court fees. Sometimes they don't email you back for 2 or 3 days and no phone number to call them

I was unable to login to my account to upload the required documents and so they decided to deny my application after 3 days of waiting to hear back from these people. On the bright side, I found a reliable loan lender mr.payday.ca

This company is borderline breaking the law. I would highly recommend you avoid using them for a loan. Your interest or “membership fee” every two weeks is $50.00, so if you’re getting a small loan, you very easily will pay 3-4x what the loan is just in fees. Read the fine print

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
They invited me to apply with them as I was a past customer and they wanted to do business with me again.
I applied and was told that I have been approved after my application, banking information and ID was sent to them...NOTHING! Not even an email to say if
I was rejected even after I send emails to them (they have no telephone contact)

Interest is insane - then they toss in some "membership fees" adding in another few hundred into your repayment.

Girlfriend has had so many loans with this company and most of the time its been good. Last 3 or 4 times though it's been a joke. They don't reply to you for days or just don't reply at all. After being a long time loyal customer who has never missed a payment you think they would have more respect for those customers. Applied for a loan and they have yet to respond 2 days later after numerous emails.

Applied for a loan. Got an email I was approved. They sent my loan docs I signed and returned to them. I got a response email will all signed loan docs. But funds were never deposited I have email a few times with no response. G.henry

Avoid. Constant spam approval emails.

Emailed me constantly stating I'm approved. Everytime I apply I get denied. Prestocash will only help if you dont need the money...

Don't waste your time applying here. Takes longer to apply then getting denied.

Received an email saying my application was approuved but they never got back to me and I received an email later saying my application was still reviewed there’s no communication and things are not moving forward it’s taking too long.

Takes a long time to get the money. So much i had to show up in person and there office are so small and cant acquire people in there. Also i miss a payment and there is over 100 dollars of fees they apply. Made 500 in payments on a 400 loan and when i ask to pay the amount in full they gave me an amount of 330. When they advise 2 weeks prior it was at a balance of 180. This company has no means of contact but e-mail and it takes sooo long to get back! AVOID THIS LENDER!

good service and they email you before taking money from your account! I recommend prestocash to all my friends and family.
