They used to be great 5 years ago so I decided to buy again and I noticed they stopped posting since November 2022. I ordered lashes December 2022 and received nothing.
They do not reply to my emails or Dms. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. luckily I only bought one pair but I know a girl that bought 10 pairs and lost over $100. This is not a legit website anymore. Don’t lose your money.
I can't even say how the lashes are since I haven't received them after literally a month since placing my order. The ETA of shipping I choose was 10-14 days; has now been over 30.
I emailed through shopify after 3 weeks and the order still hadn't shipped-- no response
DMd after 3, still had not shipped -- no response
Finally commented after they didn't respond to my DM then they DMd me asking for my order number, which I provided, and they didn't respond after that. 2 days after that the order finally shipped assuming they didnt want to deal with me so they finally dealt with my order. But its now a month after I've placed the order and its still not here, and NO ONE has been willing to help me on their "team".
Maybe their lashes are great-- couldn't tell you lol.
