Vacuum cleaner broke after 1 month! The customer service is NON EXISTING, so its just money out the window! I cant get money back, I cant get a new cleaner, I cant get a reason for what the error og the vacuum cleaner is, which means I can neither get it fixed! ITS A BIG SCAM!

Prettycare vaccum cleaner
Don't buy that crap, my Prettycare vacuum cleaner broke after only 1/2 year, there was no power to the nozzle, not even if I put the nozzle directly on the battery part and when the brush doesn't rotate the vacuum cleaner is useless. I sent a video that showed what was wrong but they could ONLY help me if I had an order number?? In most companies the items have serial numbers, that's not the case with prettycare, they only have lousy customer service and their items break before a year has passed.
