One of the best!
Pretty Curly Girl is on of the best curly hair care brands out there! The products smell amazing and are very nourishing for the hair. My favorite products are the peppermint clean shampoo, the flaxseed foam and the protein heavy cream.

Delayed—company non-responsive
I made an order on 11/29. I live in the US. I assume this is not this company’s first time shipping to the U.S. My order is delayed in clearance via FedEx because they need to provide the manufacturer id (MID). This seems like something that should’ve been done in the first place because I’ve never had this issue in the past shipping from another country. I’ve reached out to them multiple times for this so it can be released and they are not responding to my emails at all. It’s been delayed for 6 days now. I paid $22 to ship this stuff. It’s insane. I don’t think I would ever buy and ship anything to the U.S. from them again.

We receive a lot of overseas orders and we try to give the best service, as we really appreciate your trust to buy overseas. Sometimes packages get stuck at customs because they want more information. The MID is something new to us and we have informed customs with the informaton they need. I a soorry that we have not informed you that we are working on this informatiom. Did you e-mail us or fedex? if you e-mails us I and sorry to have missed your mail. I’m using Pretty Curly Girl products for a year, and honestly, my hair grew so much and became much more voluminous and healthy🤩 I really love the peppermint clean shampoo, it gives tingling feeling and freshness, Intense Moisture Deep Conditioner, after this my hair is so soft and smells very nice, Loving Leave-In Conditioner and omg, I adore the nee product Flaxseed Styling Foam, it makes curls so defined, shiny and voluminous, I get compliments every day, so happy to find these products 😍

Love the products but... I accidentally ordered the co wash instead of the shampoo. I sent an email within 10 minutes after my order. I got no response and the co-wash was delivered a few days later. Even though it is my own fault, it would be nice if you had sent me the shampoo. The price of the co wash and the shampoo is the same...

Your mail is send to me and I receive so many mails so it takes time to respond and to explain the process. We have a very fast delivery because of this system and thats whats most often is very appreciated. Hiiii...sometimes shipping is crazy....your e-mail send on 29th september, sometimes its just takes us a lottle bit longer to answer...never on purpose. Always here to help and to fix things. Pretty Curly Girl is waanzinnig! Ik gebruik er veel producten van zoals de intense moisture deep conditioner en de intense protein deep conditioner voor mijn highlights. Voor de styling gebruik ik graag de strong hold gel en de bye bye frizz serum. Zo ook de diffuser cap als ik niet veel tijd heb. 10 minuutjes föhnen en mijn haar is 90% droog. Met de diffuser een beetje bijwerken en klaar! Echter had ik met dit product wat problemen. Na contact te hebben gehad met de eigenaresse kwam ze snel met een fijne tegemoetkoming.
Ik ben heel erg tevreden, topmerk! ❤️
Pretty Curly Girl is amazing! I use a lot of products such as the intense moisture deep conditioner and the intense protein deep conditioner for my highlights. For styling I like to use the strong hold gel and the bye bye frizz serum. Also the diffuser cap when I don't have much time. 10 minutes of blow drying and my hair is 90% dry. Touch up a bit with the diffuser and i’m done! However, I had some problems with this product. After contacting the owner, she quickly offered a nice compensation.
I am very satisfied, top brand! ❤️

Very long delivery
Very long delivery - ordered 10 days ago and still out somewhere for delivery at DHL - should be done better - despite I'm in DK. Product vice I don't know still waiting :-) PS got the delivery yesterday and I'm a fan - nice to try out new products in a starter packet instead of buying big sizes. Hope the delivery time was a one off :-)

HI I am so sorry that you had to wait so long. Transport to Denmark usually is very fast. However, sometimes its crazy with shipping and a package takes longer than normal. I do see that DHL is on its way today to deliver the products. Is there is anything just let me know and I an always here to see how I can fix it.
