That one my order bumber! It has been ordered on 26 november. 21 item in total!!!
Abd guess what? On 15th december arrived just one item!!! To the question where is the otgers? They said your order was sent in 2 parcels!!! 1 with 1 item, the ofher with 20!!! Are you kidding? On the 26th of december they said the parcel was lost! So i want refund! Noone is replying me on whatsapp!!!!

Worse website I've ever ordered from

Worse website I've ever ordered from! I placed my order and I was told the delivery would be Dec 20th. Till Dec 22nd the order still showed Dec 20th and nothing has come and the worse part is the package cannot even be tracked by the shipping company or the company themselves!! Dec 22nd evening I get a message from Aramex telling me the package reached the UK and will reach Dubai on Dec 27th and I have to pay taxes on it!!

I bought this jacket to go on a trip where I leave on Dec 23rd and I won't even get the jacket before then and the worse part is the company is not even refunding my order as they said your package is still getting delivered so nothing we can do!!! One of the worse sites ever... not only did my money get wasted on a jacket I will never get to wear as it's a winter jacket and I live in Dubai so will make no use of it... but now I have to rush to find a jacket one day before my leaving for my trip!!!

I highly recommend not use this site!!! I should have checker trustpilot before making the order as there's no wonder that it has more negative reviews here than positive (39% negative).

A joke of a company!!

A joke of a company!!! This has already happened to me multiple times when I’ve ordered something and then a few days later I’ll get an email saying it’s out of stock!!! I am absolutely fuming I needed this coat for my holiday and now because of this company’s mistake I won’t have a coat for my holiday and I don’t even have time to order a new one!!! So disrespectful and unfair towards the customer and also I just checked on the website and it’s still available!!! So was it a lie or is it to make even more customers confused.

Disappointing experience Bought couple of lovely pieces…

Bought couple of lovely pieces beginning of month and delivery set for 11 Nov. Did not get my parcel. Was them told to wait extra 7 days for it, did not arrive on 18th. After complaining again I was told to wait till 22nd and that my parcel might even come earlier. It finally arrived on the 22nd but missing a top I actually really wanted. Disappointed is the word. Went on holiday without my clothes to receive them after I’d returned. Never shopping with PLT. Untrustworthy.

My order was 300 dollars I purchased on…

My order was 300 dollars I purchased on 11/8 with 2 day delivery and the order was set to deliver on 11/10… It didn’t show ,I allowed a few more days to see if it updates. it’s now the 18 and they told me to wait until the end of day.. all I asked for was a replacement after being rescheduled 5 times for delivery.. Still being told just to wait.. I ended up canceling my trip due too I didn’t have the time to go replace all my items.. this has really been a bad experience.. And I usually don’t even do reviews , but this wAs by far the worst experience in online shopping in my last 10 years .. smh

Ordered a dress for a wedding it came…

Ordered a dress for a wedding it came late and worst of all it had been worn it was dirty and stank of body odor and perfume tried to contact customer services that was completely frustrating as nobody you can actually speak to . Messaged them and still have not heard back . Will not be using these again

Not a happy boy this time!

I’m a guy who loves leggings. I bought three more leggings from PLT, after my first positive purchase from them. This time not so good!

I bought a pair of pink ribbed line gym leggings, and what arrived was not pink! They were labelled as pink but in fact were a deep neon red almost. Didn’t have a very satisfactory interaction with customer support either, so won’t be buying again. Not a happy boy at all.

Truly awful company to deal with

Truly awful company to deal with, in fact they are impossible to contact! Their online form is no longer working and there is no telephone number, but I can order online. But please don't give this company any business, I certainly shall not. Could not care less about returns, and have fraudulently only refunded two of four items I returned. That is theft! Cannot get hold of anyone to complain and the online form isn't working. Suffice to say my family and I will avoid this charlatan company in the future.

Trashy ass company

Trashy ass company. There customer service is bad. They don’t get to you right away. There material is very bad but their stuff is cheap. There refund is also terrible. You don’t get a full refund which includes shipping. You get your money minus shipping and if you want to return it you have to pay 8-12 dollars to return it. Also you can’t exchange your clothes for a larger or smaller size.lastly there sizes are really off. I bought pj only for the legging to ball up around my ankles and not fit correctly. They were all a size 4. Tell me why only one size for outfit fit and the others were big or too small? They have cute outfits is just some things aren’t what you expect I’m never buying from them again because I’m only losing money. As popular as they are they need to do better.

Unprofessional experience

So disappointing. I made an order last Monday, but I accidentally chose an alternative address, the one I had when I was in university, instead of my current address. In less than 5 minutes I realized that and contacted PLT through Messenger explaining the issue and asking them to change the address. The Customer service was not helpful at all, saying that they contacted the warehouse and let me know if they could fix it, etc. I was asking for any updates regarding my issue for 3 consecutive days with no results, and employees keep saying that they would contact me asap. They never actually did until now (5 days later) that I received the dispatch confirmation email where I noticed that the address is still wrong. The funniest thing is that customer service gave me a solution: reorder, reach the other parcel and return it back to them. As if I could reach the other parcel I would have been asking/begging them to change an address for a parcel that hadn’t been even dispatched at that point of time. I was so frustrated from this ongoing conversation, always checking my emails/messenger, and so disappointed by this customer service experience. I don’t see any chances to reorder from here again.

DONT BOTHER..

Made a big order from PLT, chose the click and collect local delivery as it was fastest - still had to pay the same amount as regular delivery to my home. I got my tracking info emailed over and the order was sent to my home address. Not sure why as I selected a completely different shipping option. Anyway.. when the Hermes driver came apparently a pin was needed for the delivery.. which I never received. Annoyed at this I messaged PLT on whatsapp, no explanation as to why it was sent a completely different way to what I selected, I asked for a refund for the delivery and they refused. The delivery was attempted again the next day and of course no one was home, another reason why I selected click and collect. Messaged them again on whatsapp and still no offer to refund the delivery cost, despite making millions PLT cant even offer to refund £3.99 for their own mistakes. Don't recommend this company, unprofessional, unhelpful and unorganised. What a mess..

Clothes take over 2 weeks to arrive unless you pay for expedited shipping. There are other UK retailers that are much more reliable with better shipping speed. I’d also like to note that they have been this slow since before COVID. Quality is a hit or miss. Accuracy with sizing is a gamble. There are times when I’ve ordered my correct size only for it to fit several sizes too big or too small. They photoshop their pictures to where certain items look better online than in person. This is my 3rd or 4th time placing an order with them and I’m only reminded to never shop here again.

Horrible! Will never order from PLT again!

I have been in contact with customer service regarding having to pay toll, I live in Norway, even though they are VOEC registered. At least they were when I made the order. I was told time and time again that they would get this resolved, I sent all my information, bank codes they needed to then get told that they couldn’t do anything. Customer service is awful! Would strongly advise to think twice before making an order, at least be prepared for extra costs/horrible customer service! I know I will never order from them again!

I used to order from PLT

I used to order from PLT. I really loved it. It makes me really sad, that I have to write this bad review. I ordered my things in the middle of January and today is 11.of March and I still don’t have my order !!! I’m from Slovakia, but I never had problem with shipping. Firstly my things get held on customs by authorities... and then they said that it’s coming to my address but nothing. I’m waiting for my money... 👎🏻

obsessed with this company!!

obsessed with this company!!! I’ve been buying from them for years and nothing but loved this company, I’ve had a perfect experience with PLT expect from one time where my parcel got lost, but the customer service was so helpful and even refunded the delivery cost, I didn’t even have to ask, which I really appreciated (Molly C and Melissa were really helpful with this situation) I got a reply within minutes and came to a solution near enough straight away. The quality of the clothes are really thick and comfy and would definitely recommend this company for anybody that wanted to treat themselves!!💞
