Horrible company

Horrible company. Size for each piece of clothing is different. Most clothes r see thru and rip after ONE wear. No way to get in contact since they love to ignore customers!!! Horrible company regret giving them ANY of my money. Skanky company w horrible clothes and useless workers .

No delivery and no resolution

Hi

This was the second time i ordered from them, my order was due to be delivery on the 12th January, I received an update saying they tried to deliver but no one was home. This couldn't be far from the truth as I'm working from home. I was informed they would deliver the day after. Its now the 30th January and still no items. I've tried to report this on the app and on the website but for some reason I can no long log in, as it saying I've entered the wrong details. I've looked up to see if I can find an email or contact but nothing. My delivery state is still saying I've missed my delivery and my order will be delivery on another day.
At this point I just want my money back as I bought the items for a event which I no longer need. I will never be ordering from them again. Its been so stressful not being about to have any resolution to the problem.

Stay away from this company.

Very confused

Hi nothing negative , I have just refunded some clothes from PLT, but I had used After-pay. I got my email saying your refund is being processed and that my refund payments is 126 dollars. I go on Afterpay and it says that 94 will be refunded back to card. Could you please help and check for me I'm totally confused on what I'm receiving please get back asap! my order number is 601105231
