EXTREMELY Disappointed.

I was so anxious to receive my order. I made my purchase since October 11th 2024. After inquiring about the status of my order, I received a response from Customer Service on December 11th, 2024 asking, "Have you not received this order?". Since then, it's just crickets!! No response to my follow-up emails. I am am so upset!

I have been quite polite and extremely patient. I have requested my money back, but of course...no response! This is so unprofessional. To whom can I escalate my claim? If you are unable to deliver my goods, then please refund me my 'hard-earned' money. Thank you! 

Customer service unreachable. Written to them on their email. And also on their Instagram, I see them commenting back to other users but not me, IS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I ORDER MY EYESHADOWS (nov28, 2024) BUT NOTHING NO RESPONSE, NO EYESHADOWS NOTHING I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I’m still waiting for my pallet my boyfriend ordered a 150$ Glitter pallet for me for Christmas we have been waiting and waiting says shipped but still nothing.. can’t wait to get my pallet I hope i get it soon

Scam alert. Yes their social media posts the most beautiful glitter makeup you will ever see but sadly you will never receive it. I’m done going back and forth with these people. Such a shame, I really wanted to wear the Christmas glitter for the holiday too. $200 wasted. I’m just going to go to my bank and dispute.

I am so sick of this. I ordered 3 glitters for a friends birthday in September it is now the end of November. I got little to no contact or updates I was told from October 4th until 3 weeks ago that it’s “on its way” when I spoke to associates they gave me vague answers. I got tired of waiting and canceled my order and requested a refund. Which was confirmed by an associate then I never received it. On top of that now that my order was cancelled I can no longer speak to an associate. I feel scammed and I want my money back. On top of that I have attempted reaching out on social media with no response.

they didn't bring me the products I ordered, they took a long time to arrive, it hasn't been long since I received them and they have dried out and the colors have faded, they have turned an ugly yellow

I ordered some make up from this brand, however, it never arrived. In good faith I talked with the owner on Instagram DM, and she offered to make a refund if it didn't arrive in 2 days- when it didn't arrive in 4 I reached out again, and... never heard back. Looks like some orders do make it through, but based on the % of comments, she is keeping more money than what she delivers...

Still waiting for my order placed on August 26th. The only way to get in contact is via WhatsApp and everytime it takes a week for this company to respond. They have plenty of time to post on Instagram for that matter. Each time I look I see new posts and videos. The first response was an invalid track & trace, so they promised to send another package with a fast tracked service. Again I am waiting for 2 weeks and I have been asking multiple times for a track&trace number which haven’t been given so far. I only get promise on promise. It’s only words an no action. I am really supportive on small businesses, but this really feels like a scam. Customer service is not really into their dictionary. Will never order here again.

Never received what I ordered. They also change the price of their product every day. I’m now trying to get a refund

So I placed an order, just like everyone else, in July. Weeks went by and I heard nothing, just like everyone else. I eventually reached out to the company about not getting any email to be able to track my package, like everyone else. They took a while to respond, and I had to message them on Instagram as well. They said a confirmation email was sent to me about 2 1/2 weeks back on the 5th, which it wasn’t. Okay, no problem. The issue is that the new email they sent me to track it, was useless. I still wasn’t able to track it. It just said “on its way” the entire time. It still says that even though my order was delivered a few days ago. Then today I got another email that my order was delivered to San Jose, CA. That’s not where I live, so i’m not sure what that is. Did they duplicate my order and send it elsewhere? Super confusing. Oh and the worst part is that my order isn’t even correct. Two of the products I ordered aren’t what came in the mail. All that time and they couldn’t even get it right smh. I would’ve reached out and asked them for the correct items, but it’s not even worth my time at this point. The products are nice, I won’t lie, but it would’ve been less stressful getting them from a better company.

WHEN ALL THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU ITS A SCAM!! IT IS! I ORDERED FROM THESE PEOPLE LIKE 8 WEEKS AGO BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISED THEY HAD A 50% OFF SALE! THEY NEVER GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER AND WEEKS WENT BY WITH NO PACKAGE. WHEN YOU TRY TO REPORT THEM ON "THE SHOP" APP IT SAYS REACH OUT TO THE CARRIER TO ASK THEM WHERE THE PACKAGE IS. I CANT DO THAT WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN I EMAILED "PRETTY LITTLE COSMETICS" I RECIEVED NO REPLY. THEN A WEEK LATER I GET A NOTIFICATION ON THE SHOP APP SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED AND IT WASNT. I WANT MY STUFF OR MY MONEY. IM GOING TO THE BBB TO FILE A REPORT AND SO SHOULD ALL OF YOU! THEYLL AT LEAST GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!

I bought some of these glitters second hand and I absolutely loved them. So I bought a custom palette from their site and was super excited, but got an email from them saying my order was canceled due to some website issue and that I would be refunded. I tried reaching out multiple times for more information, but they just don't respond and will delete comments on their Facebook and Instagram instead of just addressing their customers. I really wanted the products I ordered and still do, but after a month of no response and no refund, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Very sad and without glitter, not sure why they can't just answer people. I would have become a regular buyer.

Hello, it is a scam! I place order in may because they had 50% discount, they cancelled my order due to issues they had with their old website. Money never came back to my account (5-10 bussines days they said). They don’t reply on e mails, DMs on instagram or chat on website but he/she/they have courage to advertise products at the same time and screw people around the world. We are talking about instragram account with half million followers and I can’t believe they have audacity to reply on other reviews here. However, I started the procedure with bank so whatever they planned to do with my money - good luck!

Hello! I hope this will reach others before they buy from this company. So I originally placed an order with this company and after a month I did receive it. I really did like the product and got so many compliments about it. SO fast forward to when they had a sale going on I place two separate orders (on two different days)
And I got an email saying the order was placed but never anything that said it was shipped (this happened with the first order as well) so after a month I reached out through email to get some kind of tracking or update. I received no response. I ended up sending about 3 emails, DM’d them on instagram and still did not hear anything. Now two months have gone by and I email them that I will be filing a dispute with my bank. I then began to comment on their posts since they had time so advise their company. I noticed that my comments were being deleted/hidden. Which then made it very clear that this company is a scam. I understand orders get lost or messed up but communicate with your customers? But why would you if you got their money already right? Luckily my bank got my money back for both orders 😇 so jokes on them but please do not order from this company. Once I called them out on instagram they blocked me 🤣
Here I was supporting a business and recommending them. Never again. This company is a straight up scam!!

LOL as you can see from their replies in here they gaslight you like crazy. Yes I received the first order so I ORDERED AGAIN and never received them and you guys did not respond to me ever until I wrote a bad review 🤣 so that’s is very telling. Trust me I have inner peace. Your reviews say it all. My bank had to contact you guys so dont act like you’re being considerate. If you have delays you update your customers. Simple as that. With how you guys reply to these negative reviews is unprofessional. Have a nice business. Hope everyone sees how shady this company is :)

Hoping for a miracle as to why I haven’t made it a 1 star review yet.. placed an order on May 9th with a confirmation and within one week received an email stating I was getting a refund due to an old website issue but would get a discount off a future order.. I have emailed multiple times, messaged on instagram. I’ve tried every avenue possible with no response. I’ll gladly change my rating if I do get my refund or order! Thank you!

Placed an order almost 2 months ago. They charged my card and I never received the order. I e-mailed and Facebook messaged them several times and never got a reply. I tried to get their attention through commenting on their posts and they delete my comments.

Ordered 2nd April, received an email that it will be shipped within 3 days..
Sent you and email on 12th April requesting an update on the order, no response.
Tried again on 16th April.
No response, no product, no money!
Tried to contact through social media, my questions has been deleted same as comments.
No customer service at all!
They have time to delete my comments but no time to respond to an email from 3 weeks ago or send money back!

I placed an order on 10/04/24 I’ve had no dispatch email. I’ve emailed about my order on 21/04/24 and I’ve had no response. I’ve also emailed again today to have no response. Not a great company at all. Taking peoples money and not providing the goods or replying to emails either!

Products never turned up. Emailed about 8 times with no response. Had to do a charge back on my card. Company accounts on Companies House also look dodgy AF.

I would give no stars, but there is no possibility. I bought some products from their website more than a month ago. They say, that delivery takes 1-2 weeks. After two weeks and a few emails I asked for a tracking number of my order, but they did not gave me it, just said that the parcel is on its way. Sadly, but now it is more than a month passed and I did not get my order. Please be careful. I was trying to write to the customer service a lot of times, but they are ignoring me. Thieves
