Doesn't take a genius to scroll down and read all the negative experiences to know that this company gives zeros about their customers & how they run their business. Just take a look at their replies, not taking accountability & going back at customers. I placed 2 orders in September. Paid express international shipping in Aus, never arrived. never received email replies after multiple emails, fb, ig msgs. Then got a rude short reply with no sorry, no tracking and re assurance the other order was sent.

The first order finally arrived in late november and GUESS WHAT! the entire order was wrong... I received 5 palettes that were not what I ordered and I ordered 8 palettes and the brush... Oh not to mention the second order has still not arrived... And also GUESS WHAT its been over a month notifying them of the mistake and GUESS WHAT.. NO REPLY WHATSOEVER! this company is by far THE WORST ecommerce business I have ever dealt with. I advised initially that I will lodge a dispute with my bank as I has no response from them for weeks after trying and once I received a snarky response saying they will fight the dispute... no sorry for the delay, nothing. seems to be a reoccurring problem for customers. How owners of this company sleep at night is beyond me, knowing they treat paying customers like this. How embarrassing really....

Wonderful customer service and top notch eyeshadows they are so easy to apply and so beautiful!

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is so unprofessional. Ordered in May, nothing arrived, constantly emailed and messaged to get an update with no reply. Eventually in NOVEMBER got a reply saying it’s been lost and they’ll refund me. 20 days later no refund, I message them again…no response. Get back to me a week later telling me they’ve refunded me even though they haven’t and start being rude and unprofessional. AVOID

I made an order months ago! I never recived my order, numerous emails, Instagram dms & tiktok dms ignored utter disgrace don't waste your money ordering from this company

I normally don’t write nor want to write negative reviews. But I’m writing this as I am frustrated and want to share my experience. Hopefully this company can improve their service for new customers.

After numerous attempts reaching out to this company I still have zero response. I tried e-mail and IG. Via e-mail you get an automated response about that they are really busy and wil respond within about 3 working days. I have ordered in september (issue: missing a lot of items in my received order), contacted in oktober and november and still no response. So the promise/message of responding in 3 working days is unfortunately not true. So I thought; let’s try IG! They are very active on IG, posting several times a day. And this is the easy medium to stay in contact with your customers if I say so myself. Then they must see or respond to my question about my order in september… nope still nothing!

I am very disappointed about this. I understand that mistakes can be made concerning an order. No problem at all as long as you try to solve this with your customer by listening, helping and communicating.
But none of these traits are existent in my experience. I am starting to wonder if there even is a customer service. I hope you can improve this for future customers…

Terrible company
Takes customers money and doesn’t send products out. Doesn’t reply to emails, messages etc. no communication whatsoever.

Still waiting an answer for my order #4465, tried on insta, FB, mail...
Since my insta try, the mail I received with status " shiped ", when I click to try to have news, I have an error page... very unhappy not to have at least any answer ! I made a nearly 65 euros purchase

I ordered in September, have NOT received product. Disgraceful. Unable to reach anyone at company.
Update as of December the 21st, still have not received any products!!!!!!

Disappointed, frustrated, and empty handed is how you will feel if you order from Pretty Little Cosmetics.
I'm not sure if this business is a scam or just terrible at their job.
I placed, what I would say, was a fairly large order (order #4343) on September 29th. The eyeshadow was for my daughter's birthday party that we were having at a rivalry soccer game. My daughter and I were so excited for the product, and it was going to be perfect for all the girls to wear to the game. The party wasn't until October 23rd, so I figured that would have been plenty of time to receive my order.
Well, the product didn't show up in time for the party, so I thought that we would at least have it for Halloween.... NOPE.
It has now been 28 business days, and I still haven't received my order, or an email reply from Pretty Little Cosmetics. I don't know what I'm going to do with all the purple, blue, and red shadows at this point, but I wish I wouldn't have ever ordered from this business.
Maybe it will come, maybe it won't. Maybe I got scammed, or maybe we'll get our order by my daughter's next birthday... who knows, but if you're considering ordering from Pretty Little Cosmetics, don't expect to receive your order anytime soon, or at all.

UPDATE:
So my "order" did come in today (36 business days later).
I did NOT get everything in my order. I had ordered nine items and I only got five. Two of the five colors that were delivered, I hadn't ordered even though it has what I paid for on the package it was delivered in. The product I did receive must have gotten wet somewhere in the 8 weeks it took to get here, and it was not properly packaged, so I don't even think I can use what I did get.

I have ordered from this company several times and every time received my products - although these reviews are negative I’ve had a completely different experience! The products I’ve received were identical to the ones seen on Instagram and high quality. Shipping as well was incredibly quick. I’m unsure why the other reviews are so poor as I’ve had nothing but success ordering from this company.

One star is because it will not let you give no stars.
This company is definitely a scam. My order was large, and I was robbed. They are constantly active on instagram, but you will not get any DM responses. If you comment on a post about it it will get deleted. Emails will not be responded to either, I've sent like 7 one had a response that was just another lie. You can not track the order either, I finally got a posted email but low and behold there is no tracking on it, and it doesn't even mention which postal company they use. If they have as much time as they do to be on social media they have time to reply to customers. I see they replied to one review on here that they are not scammers but they absolutely are, and they have one person who comments on their posts all the time positively, this must be a friend not a customer. They are scammers please do not be robbed like I was. Order #4371

Edit now because as you can see from the reply, 1st off it doesnt address any of the issues at all, no answers to give to a substantial order placed. How a company can spend so much time on instagram but not have time to answer people or sort out orders, messages that started out normal and polite messages, also have time to reply to a bad review but no answers or no resolutions, that as well as the reply shows the professionalism. All of these bad reviews cant be argued with and we have all experienced near on the same situation. Also its fairly obvious who I was calling a thief, money paid no products arrive (with no help) thats theft.

Made an order and still no shipping info. Contact them different ways and no response. However charged has been made. So I agree with the others reviews. Do not order!!!!
