Dont order there

At this point, i would NOT recommend buy there. I canceled my order, even got a confirmation. But they delivered it anyway, it was a wrong artikel, i payed artikels that cost the double of that i received, and i try since 3 emails to get an payed retourne label. They only send me a not payed but said its payed

First order was in November great…

First order was in November great quality and service.
I then ordered a personalised pillow with insert off my late Mum as a gift for my Dad. I approved the photo all seemed fine until arrival. The photo was red in appearance unlike the one I approved which is generally causes to the ink running low on colour's. And I ordered am insert as it was a gift yet no insert received. I purchased an insert elsewhere as it was a gift and wasn't prepared to wait, glad I didn't wait. No refund for the insert 5 weeks om hence will never order again

My personalised calendar

It was wonderful to create my own calendar. Pretty little creations were helpful, efficient and very fast once i had finalised my design. My calendar arrived within two days and i was very happy with the way it turned out. It was printed on a good quality card and not thick photo paper so i could actually write on it unlike one i had ordered from a different company in the past. I will definitely be ordering again.

Items never arrived

I will never use this company again. Made an order for personalised cushions. They sent me the proof of my design which I confirmed was what I wanted. They advised me items had been sent by royal mail on 24th June. To date have not arrived and despite numerous e-mails from me asking what happens now customer services have not responded!!! If I could I would have given no stars.

Ordered a customised cushion for my…

Ordered a customised cushion for my wife's birthday from our son and I'm still waiting nearly 2 weeks later. Birthday has passed and my son is upset. Contacted them twice for a replacement to be shipped in case its lost and finally asking for a refund. I've had no joy with either yet. I'll not be using this company again.

I have recently had two jigsaws done

I have recently had two jigsaws done, and was struggling but the help I received was absolutely brilliant and the end result was so wonderful, it made me cry.

Damaged, don't bother ordering.

The product is nice enough but the item arrived damaged and bent so cannot now be given as a gift. The company apologised but have not sent a replacement or refund. Don't waste your time or money.

Disappointed

Ordered a personalised jigsaw as an Easter gift. Delivery arrived within 5 days, only it was wrong size. Child’s 150pc board jigsaw instead of 300pc boxed. Emailed company straight away. They apologised and promised to replace ASAP. Waited patiently, as due to lockdown, deliveries were taking a lot longer. Easter passed, I would use jigsaw now as a birthday gift. After over 3wks No jigsaw, emailed company to confirm they had sent replacement. Yes they had so waited another 10days. Nothing. Emailed company again, this was now ongoing nearly 6wks, assured they would send 2nd replacement. If 1st replacement arrived I would email straight away. Nothing.... waited waited. Birthday now passed. Neither 1st or 2nd replacement arrived. They definitely had correct address as 1st wrong item arrived within 5 days. (Which I offered to return when it first arrived) This was now ongoing nearly 8wks Emailed again and had no option but to ask for a full refund. I honestly do not believe the replacements were ever sent. Received a refund after I said I have been contacted to leave a review. I am now leaving said review, I do not want anyone else to be disappointed and saddened as I was, especially if it’s for a personalised gift.

Not received my product and poor customer services!

I am disgusted with their customer services. I ordered a pillow on 2/05/20. It was said it was delivered on 7/05/20 via Royal Mail. I still haven’t received it. When I contacted the company, they quickly gave me to tracking number and said to contact Royal Mail. With Royal Mail, they tell you to go back to the sender. They have now been ignoring all my emails and not responding to live chats. Would be nice to have the decency to do that. I’ve still NOT got the product I ordered 19 days later which was a present for my mum.

Scam company

Scam company. Me and my girlfriend both only received pillow cases and no insert despite the advertising on the product saying pillow case and insert. Furthermore, some how, unknown to us how, she got the same personalised pillow case she sent me, and the one I sent her says delivered but has disappeared into thin air. Also I paid £16.95 for this ???? And she paid £9.95 for same product. Overall just a mess and I want money back and the pillow case WITH THE INSERT that I sent her to actually be given to her???

Avoid, received someone else's kiddy picture

I put an order in for a 300 piece jigsaw puzzle on 27th March (so that I would receive in time for the 4th April). Okayed the proof on the same day. Item was dispatched to my address on the 30th and received on the 2nd of April. Instead of the proof I okayed I got a picture of someones children. I complained to Pretty Little Creations and they said that they would get the correct puzzle printed and I was assured that I would receive it for the 4th April.
After emailing back and forth on the 6th April I requested a refund as the product was no longer required as I had to find an alternative birthday present.
The replacement was only sent out after I asked for a refund multiple times. I finally received the purchased item on the 9th April, AND it did not match the proof I had accepted.

communication frustration

The eventual product was great but communication was poor.
The item was sent out without my requested changes despite my immediate response to receiving the proofs via email (please be aware that if you do not respond within 48 hours to your proof then your order is dispatched without your proofing).
My order was replaced following multiple exchanges of emails trying to achieve my desired end product. As said. The end result was really good and great value for money. Delivery was also fast.

They sent me a proof and I emailed back…

They sent me a proof and I emailed back and said I didn't like the colour of the writing it looks tacky and they still sent me it with the same writing. Then I know it's no fault of theirs but it's totally bent all the envelope was torn.
