I received the product & The packaging…
I received the product & The packaging was ripped with a huge hole in the bag. I wanted to blame ups only but the shipping material was really cheaply made and my dress was stained after opening the second bag of protection, which means the dress was shipped dirty.I have pictures. I’m keeping the dress because it’s for my sister funeral. I decided to dry clean it, which cost extra money and time.
The mobile app is horrendous to use
The mobile app is horrendous to use. It constantly logs me out, and when I try to sign back in, it claims my account doesn’t exist. I spent nearly three weeks contacting customer support just to regain access, only for it to start working randomly, then log me out again shortly after.

I’m only giving 3 stars at the moment because I still haven’t received my order. I ordered next day delivery to Northern Ireland but they told me it would be here tomorrow, I’m not optimistic about it because they are using Evri who are the worst courier service there is. I will be amazed and eat the jacket if it arrives tomorrow. Kai was the customer service representative who dealt with my issue and has clearly never had anything delivered by Evri and was very positive it would arrive tomorrow. 🤔 we shall see

I’m extremely disappointed with Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with PLT. My complaint was not handled properly, and it took several weeks of repeated back-and-forth just to secure a refund that should have been processed promptly.
Throughout the process, communication was poor and it felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously or even properly read. What should have been a straightforward issue became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Awful customer service and no refund
I made a purchase and returned it. I asked for a refund via gift card. Over 3 weeks later I go back to check for an update and I havent recieved one. So i go to the customer support chat, and its been 4 days of back and forth but no help. Most of the time its a bot, asking you to repeat your order number and email address a million and one times. And whenever i get a human response, they claim the gift card has been sent, this must be some kind of mistake because I genuinely havent received anything at all. I’ve checked junk, spam and even other email addresses just in case and they havent sent anything. And every-time i say I haven't received it, they offer to help then disappear, and im back chatting to a bot and have to start all over again. Their customer support is awful and I still havent been refunded or sent my gift card.
A previous time, I asked for a refund to my account but they gave me plt cash instead and claimed that I selected it, when i didnt. Same story again, the customer service bots and people sent me back and forty but no body ever did anything. They kept messing me about until the deadline to edit the form of refund had passed, so I had no choice but to accept that I was never getting my money back.

Awful awful awful. Won’t be ordering from them again and will tell all friends and family to AVOID.
Ordered a lot of dresses, and 5x did not turn up. I messaged them straight away and only got automated responses. I emailed, messaged on social media and text them.. all to no avail. Thank god I paid on Klarna and could pause my payment. Nearly a month later I tried texting them again and actually for a response, so I think they have finally got some extra help to work on customer queries.
I was charged £22 ‘no worries’ delivery charge which as automatically added on before check out and I wasn’t aware until afterwards! I asked for a refund but they said they can’t, even though I didn’t get the service which the no worries fee should provide.
A month of unnecessary stress and no compensation. Did finally get my refund though.
Wrong order
When i received my order they sent me the wrong dress, were helpful in sorting out how i would solve the return but however where planning on making me pay over $15 dollars in return shipping despite the mistake being theirs and made no attempts to offer me a discount code after asking for one as they made the mistake. Ended up brining in CAV to help resolve the matter. Train your employees correctly to avoid shipping over the wrong dress. Alright customer service, but terrible refund policy for their mistakes. Be careful when buying from this company and will never shop with them again.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever…
The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Jeans arrived covered in bleach, I complained and now over 2 weeks later I haven’t received my full refund. Every time you reply to a message it gets kicked back to AI. No resolution in sight as I keep being told to wait 24 hours, I’ve now waited 2 weeks! Will never order from here again, can’t even authorise a simple refund.
Refunding has been a joke
Refunding has been a joke! Returned my items over 3 weeks ago and heard nothing. Got a reply from Ai which said they were working on my return and it would be with my bank provider by the 23rd! This did not happen. After contacting again they have told me I should have received a voucher in my email. I did not agree to this as well as having not even happened. Seems I’m being scammed. Absolute joke.

Beware, poor quality and objectionable return charges
Poor quality clothing and they take $15 from your refund to return items. Appalling! considering they are selling clothing online which is always open to returns for fit and suitability due to the fact you can't try things on. Paid for express shipping ($31) and have to pay another $15 to return poor fitting clothing. Would never buy from here again.

Horrible return process
Absolutely ridiculous I bought a skirt from them which was made of thin fabric horrible quality. I started my refund process for it sent in the skirt and was told on the 9th of April that my return process had started and then received another email about a week later saying that my refund would be in my bank the 6th of May. I do not understand how it takes a whole month for a refund this company doesn’t want to help whatsoever. It seems like they just try to make life hard and refunds impossible I tried to contact customer service and I’m talking to AI which told me the exact same thing as my email no other company I know has ever taken this long for a refund. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and it needs to be sorted.
