Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. Order arrived 3 weeks late so we were on holiday when it arrived. Then wouldn’t let me return as had ‘passed the 14 day returns period’. How can we return something that was late so we were away when it required return??
Then sent multiple messages via Facebook, iMessage etc as there is no actual email to contact and have heard nothing!! So now I am £70 down and still have no reply.
Having read the other comments this doesn’t seem like a one off either. Not sure why they are still allowed to operate?

I will NEVER order here again. I ordered two items that I received on Thursday (08/28), I opened the package on the following Saturday, when I opened the package one of my items smelled like straight body odor. I didn’t expect a worn dress, and honestly I wouldn’t mind if it was used if it didn’t have a RANCID smell. I have contacted your company THREE times already and just keep getting the AI assistant saying “they are busier than usual, and that I will be connected with an agent shortly.” It has been 4 days since I sent the first message and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that NOTHING has been done. Complete wrong order, and covered in stains
They gave me the complete wrong order and when i received the wrong order i was considering maybe keeping it to be easy but there were orange stains ALL over it! like everywhere little orange dots all over the item !
So disappointed
So disappointed. Received my order quickly which was good but wanted to return 2 items. I have no invoice, email, order number. Therefore I cant return them and get my refund. I have sent messages via Facebook business and also emailed but had no response. Why treat customers this way when they are such a well known and successful company. There is no excuse. Wont buy off this site again.

I will write everyday a review for how bad the website is! They are scammers! Dont you ever order from them! They just replied that they need my order number! When i have been writing them everyday for the past 2 WEEKS! Still waiting for my refund!! Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

This company has been absolutely abysmal about refunding my money on an order I returned.

They emailed me confirming receipt on my return and promised that I would receive my refund by 23-03 (today)
I have not received a refund and after contacting them, they have informed me that it may be 29/03 before I receive it.
I am extremely disappointed and upset.

I made my first order yesterday, received an email confirming my order is dispatched ect all looks good so far.. Two iissues I have is the site itself & claiming the discount. Its mentally draining placing an order. It took me hours. The app shuts down by itself while browsing. It done this about 5 times during my shopping which is frustrating as u have to find where I was half way through browsing the items so I have to flick through half the catalogue to get back to where I was. Little bit frustrating.. also I missed out om my 1st time purchase discount as it wasn't a valid promo code apparently. It told me is receive 33% off my shop if I add the promo
I was over the moon. I applied the promo several times making sure there wer no typos & it was all spelled correctly, I did not get my discount I got so fed up trying I just paid the whole amount. I did contact plt on Facebook messenger regarding the promo but by the time the guy got back to me I'd made my purchase. When he finally got back to me I informed him the promo didn't work & I made my purchase without any promo he did not reply. Anyhow my stuffs on its way I hope I'm happy with it all. It's a fairly large order. I just wish the app was a little easier to use. It's off putting which is a shame because there's some nice stuff on here.
