I love this website. I love the fact that they always have specials on their apparel and it is usually super cute and fits me well. They usually get me my deliveries on time and I have never had a problem with that at all. The only thing is that some of the items are true to size and some of them run a little big so just pay attention because you may have to order a size smaller for items that run a little big.

I still didn't receive my order from July. It was support to be delivered July 26,2020. Still didn't deliver it!

Got my clothes some clothes weren’t true to size but majority of all of it was super cute. I returned what i didnt like and didn’t fit me over a month ago and still haven’t received my refund. I returned 3 parcels.

Still haven’t received the one item I ordered in July.

I order 2 items within a few days of difference on July ans i got one item quick and the other shows it will be delivery on July 28th and I still didn't get it .

I ordered matching heels with a dress, the dress is gorgeous! And fits beautifully, however the heels were wayyy too narrow and small and they are definitely not true to size I ordered my regular size 7 and it seemed like I could’ve downsized two times!

Everything I’ve ordered is coming in the wrong size I even returned and purchased the item again and they STILL sent me the wrong size!

I ordered a sweat shirt 30 days ago and still no sweat shirt. I have tried relentlessly to try to get in touch with your company and you refuse to refund me the money or produce the sweat shirt. You are not allow to speak with anyone. I am very upset you took me for my money. I am filing a complaint with my credit card. Bad business practices... Your company just does not care!!!!

Everything that I’ve been ordering from this site the past months have been coming back incorrect & or A different Size than what I’ve ordered!

My order arrived quickly & my jeans fit perfectly. I have no complaints! Will be placing another order soon.

I love this company. They have fashionable clothing and their customer service is just the best. The speed to reply and resolving Issues even during this pandemic is impressive. I will continue been a loyal customer.

I ordered something on July 10th with express shipping to be expected here by the 19th. The 19th came and went and I still have yet to see my order. It hasn’t moved from Memphis since July 16th. No updates nothing. At this point I just want my money back. I have ordered from pretty little thing before with no issues prior to this. So I guess it’s hit or miss. Until I get my package.

I really love PLT for my 15 yr old. I’m 60 and she loves this site❤️❤️❤️ My only complaint is the models on here always have on matching clothes (sets). I love surprising my baby by ordering from PLT beautiful site. I need to have matching sets so I don’t order the wrong thing. When I go to “sets” it gives very very little sets. Plz give us the option to purchase the clothes(outfits) as a set just like the pics show. Thanks. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Horrible!!! Made order 07/10/2020 and did hear from PLT till 07/24/2020 advising me that my items were being canceled due to a shipping mistake. Still have not received my refund and items not in stock!

I used to love PLT, but lately their shipping has been terrible. I usually order in bulk just to have options of different styles and sizes but when I received my package it was ripped apart, torn, and items were missing. I emailed customer service and they were able to send me another package of the items that I didn’t receive but only the pieces that were in stock. I’ve been tracking my package and it’s been in Memphis for a week so when I called FedEx they said the box was empty. Again I emailed PLT and they just refunded me and said items began to go missing. Who is stealing all the clothing at the Memphis warehouse?

Clothes are very cheap . I ordered a two piece set that came with a bra and leggings . As soon as I tried it on the fabric started ripping from the PLT label from the leggings and bra as well .

I love pretty little thing but it’s not what I expected

It’s terrible because i hate that i have to give a bad review but i do. Before i wrote this review i read some of the others and their experiences seem similar. First, i paid for express shipping. I received shipping confirmation and the package was suppose to be delivered by July 20. July 20 came and went. I checked tracking and the package has remained in Memphis ever since July. I emailed customer service and they responded wait until August 8. So that’s what I’m doing. The package remains in Memphis but I’m waiting. I have a feeling that my package won’t be delivered though.

Everytime I order from here the clothes get missing in Memphis. I called fed ex and the box is empty again.

The clothes were wayyyy to big! I couldn’t fit them at all! They don’t have American sizes down at all
