Ordered something over a month ago and still haven’t received it

Payed for fast shipping and after two weeks no word. When I would ask they said not to worry and just wait. I was so bothered getting more emails from them after the poor service I was receiving. Finally I was moving out of that address and reached out to customer support, this is when they decided to tell me my package was lost. Just a really annoying experience I am sure the shipping company is also to blame but PLT needs better customer service.

I ordered about 5 shirts from them, it was my first time ordering from them and I loved them all and they fit great! Will definitely be ordering again around fall/winter time :)
Btw, my order actually came before it's delivery date.

I ordered my stuff about a month ago still haven't gotten it. I saw my package arrived in the United which the location is two hours from me. about two weeks ago contacted FedEx but they said my package can't be delivered unless PLT fax them the right label because the shipping label they have is wrong. Contact PLT up until now I still haven't received my stuff.

All of the sizes are accurate and shipping is super fast! I would definitely buy more and more!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. I ALWAYS order from PLT and usually never have a problem. This time I ordered around 7/5. My order was estimated to arrive by the 17th which was perfect because my event was on the 18th. The event came and went and my order had been in Memphis since 7/12. I emailed to inquire and was told I would need to wait until 8/2 for anything to be done or to see if my package arrived. My problem with that is we both knew it wasn’t coming and the fact that my time had to be wasted to continue to get in contact with this company multiple times was just......ridiculous. Of course my final resolution was a refund which is fine. I really did want the clothing items though. But, I will not be ordering from them again. At least not during this pandemic because their carrier fedex and third party are not reliable.

My wife absolutely love it when a PLT package comes in. Your sizing is perfect for her. The items are always great quality.

Giving it a 3 because shipping was ok. Quality of clothes is cheap but I mean the clothes are priced low, and looks very different from pics shown on website. Sizing isn’t accurate.. I would never order from pretty little thing again :(

In only giving 3 stars because of how fast received the package, almost 4 business days earlier. This was my first time ordering and the prices were almost a steal, until I got the clothes. The patterned blouse n matching pants I ordered wasnt even the same pattern I ordered. Picture and actual clothing two different looks.

Purchases were great and prices were affordable. I just wish sizing was a bit more consistent. Size chart doesn’t always seem accurate.

Best quality of clothes I ever purchased for a great price. Everything I’ve ever bought fits perfectly and I’ve never had to return anything literally EVER! I definitely prefer to order here over Fashion Nova Forever 21, Oh Polly, and others. I absolutely love this site and this is the only place I shop lately.

I like PLT this has been my new store that I purchase clothes. It’s only tricky because of the conversion from UK to US. This is the only thing that is an issue but other than that I have no complaints.

Great quality clothing, love the material and designs but the sizes weren’t true to measurement. Ex: A size small T-shirt which fit like a L or XL, but of course I rocked it & bodied it. Definitely have me as a customer though.
