Absolutely love the time where I get a pretty box in the post. Am so glad to have subscribed to this company. They never fail to surprise you.

I love all the products inside. I get the box with 10 items and I always get a good mixture of makeup and other skincare, hair and bath products. They always include new brands too.

Always worth its money never disappointed and always excited to se my next box

Amazing love it every month I can’t wait to receive it, it must be good I’ve just split up with my bf and he has took all my creams, and serums with him haha

The box was good no samples full sizes but one Item smashed up no email/ phone to contact after-sales.
I contacted via Facebook got a message calling me hun asked me to forward my details and they would send a replacement.No further response.

Normally they're amazing and I genuinely get excited to receive them but the last box I got wasn't amazing and it had a pallete for brown eyes and I have green it was far too dark and I really dont need anymore handcream but apart from the usually really good

When I first started my subscription with pretty obsessed I was dubious as I've been with others in the past and been disappointed but from the very first box arriving I fell in love 😍
Products are amazing,fantastic variety of beauty,skincare etc and no samples whatsoever. They have a great variety of subscription boxes as well as one off boxes,I get so excited waiting for my box to arrive every month,this is the only subscription box I have now as it smashes any others out of the park,try it because I very much doubt you would be disappointed ❤💜

There is a couple of other box's I go between but I've got my PrettyObsessed consistently since last year & its never disappointed.

I honestly love this subscription box so much. I decided to subscribe to this box as well as a few other brands to start reviewing on my new YouTube channel. I am now two months in for all my subscription boxes and my Pretty Obsessed and Lashes for life box is my clear favourite. I get excited to recieve this box every month. The products are always amazing and give you a great opportunity to try new products without committing to buy them. This is great value for money and would chose this box over others every time!!

I got one month off 'cause I wanted to try it before I make the decision to subscribe. The box came with one damaged product (a powder mask was all over the products in the box) and the team was more than helpful. Soon after I flagged up the issue, I received a new product replacing the damaged one. Really happy with the service and the products I have received.

I love this subscription box. Such good value for money, a good range of products and good quality. Only problem I had was a lipstick I got that was wayyyyyy too light for my skin tone and was unwearable unwearable would be good if products were a little more personalised. But it wasn't enough to make me dislike my box and is still worth the full 5 stars to me!

The actual products are lovely, I always looked forward to receiving my box. However! They use Hermes delivery service. Over my year subscription I needed to contact the company several times due to parcels being late, arriving damaged or just going missing. This falls on the delivery company and not pretty obsessed.

I have loved some of the items in my boxes. I get the 10 item box. All the products have been good quality and better than other subscriptions. I have signed up for a year but the only thing that makes me think I won’t subscribe back is, I prefer makeup in my subscriptions, and they do send make up but almost every lipstick gloss and every shadow palette have all been nudes browns etc and these look horrendous on my cool skin tone
So I have a pile of lipsticks and eyeshadow etc that I will never use
Pinks and purples suit me not gold and brown or beige coloured lipsticks. But even tho I can’t use these items the quality seems great
